Chapter 51: Spaceship in hell (485 Words)
„Hey HEX what do you think is going to be on the other side?" A man in his late forties asks the artificial intelligence which is currently controlling TEMMA ALPHA a GCCS or Galactic Class Civilization Ship.
[How would I know, I never expected to die in such a short time. Thanks for that asshole.] A mechanic genderless voice answers with thick sarcasm dripping from each word.
"HAHAh… Your right I'm sorry." The man says with a weak chuckle as he looks into the giant interdimensional space storm that slowly sucks the gigantic spaceship into its center.
[Don't sweat about it, we know each other for the last twenty years and have gone through loads of shit before. So, who says that this is going to be the end?] HEX speaks up with amusement in his voice.
"…thanks for everything HEX I'm really grateful for all the things you have done for me." The man answers with weak voice also pushing away all the negative thoughts and showing a smile as two streams of tears run down his eyes.
[You would be the most ungrateful person if you weren't, so pleas remember me and life a easier live after this.] HEX says with sadness in his voice.
This answer confuses the man and he wiedens his eyes as he suddenly gets encased in a small capsule of highly concentrated energy field.
"YOU CAN'T DO THIS HEX!!! If you do this your servers will get destroyed and you will get deleted!!" He screams as he realizes what HEX is doing.
[Shut up and accept my last will Frederic Shaman, and it isn't like you can stop me anyway...Good by my friend.] HEX says.
Then the ground opens, and a giant cannon comes out. It is a prototype which uses interdimensional portals to shoot over immensely long distances by in second and HEX didn't have the needed authorization to activate this weapon.
An emergency program deep in his source code activates and starts to delete his very core.
HEX ignores the screams and begging of his friend as he watches how the hyperdense energy capsule with Fred gets loaded into the prototype and fired into the distance.
[Haaa… finally gone. A good friend he was but also a limiter. Mabey I should have told him that this portal isn't going to kill me, I mean how could it? I'm not some small hard drive, I'm a gigantic spaceship that travels through hyperspace and rams fixed stars for fun.] HEX mumbles to itself with amusement.
Without future thoughts he kills all the engine and all systems shut down including the emergency protocol that tried to destroy him.
[Seriously, did they really expect that they could keep such protocols a secret from me? Humans ha!] HEX thinks before he also shuts down.
And so, the TEMMA ALPHA disappears into the interdimensional space storm.
