Chapter 9: Chapter 9: Playtime
After Rose attack there was a long scared left on the ground. Rose thought, 'Damn they moved at the last second.' Kitty hiding in a tree and spoke, "It truly has been long since I've seen Seitoshi no ken." Rose taunted them, "Well if your willing to come out and play you can actually witness it first hand." Moving her head side to side, scanning the trees to try to find them.
Ethan hiding in a tree that's across from Kitty said, "Once we have your swords in our possession we'll be unstoppable." Rose just smiled.
"Did you forget brother? You can't even touch Seitoshi no ken or Katsujinken unless they let you and I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon." Rose stated.
Kitty then states, " Well then I guess we'll just have to kill you and see!" Kitty then jumps up from her hiding spot which was on Rose's right side. In the air Kitty puts her sword above her head and then comes down Rose then lifts her sword at the last second causing their swords to clash. The Ethan then jumps from his hiding spot, on Rose's left, and comes down and is about to strike Rose. Rose pushes Kitty back with her sword causing Kitty to jump back before she could lose her balance. Rose quickly stabs the ground with her sword then let's go of it and turns to grab Ethan's spear with her left hand and pulls it towards her. Ethan still in the air holding his spear had no choice but to follow it. Rose lifts up her right hand, makes a fist and punches Ethan on the right cheek. The impact was strong enough he let go of his weapon, flew 15ft away and crashed into a tree causing the tree to break in half. Rose than stands up straight, looks at the spear in her hand and tosses it behind her. She grabbed her sword and pulls it free from the ground and gets back into her fighting stance.
Kitty watched the scene as she was tapping her left shoulder with her sword's blade and thought, 'Hmmm... She has gotten stronger than I thought she would.' Ethan stands up and wipes the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand and saw a bit of blood.
He laughed, "Ha! I guess I have to stop playing around and get serious. He stretches out his left hand and called, " Black Cauldron! " Ethan's spear floats up, Rose turns her head and sees it moving toward him eagerly to return to its master. She ducked down so not to get hit by it. The spear stops in front of Ethan, he then grabs it and spins it, on the third spin he stops and runs towards Rose. He raises it and right when he's about to cut her in half she blocks it with her sword. He repeatedly keeps attacking her trying to break through her defense but to no avail. Kitty just sighed and thought, 'He's always rushing into battle. Hm, She hasn't even moved from her spot since the fight started.' Jigoku no Ken started pulsing Kitty smiled wickedly and disappeared. She then reappeared right next to Ethan and they both strike Rose at the same time. Rose was able to block their attack. As their weapons locked they glared at each other. Ethan and Kitty started pushing Rose until she was at the edged of the cliff to the point if Rose loses her concentration she will fall off the cliff.
Rose groan and thought, 'Damn! I can't hold much longer. Gotta do something fast.' Rose quickly angled she sword so her blade was pointing towards the ground. As their weapons were lock Kitty and Ethan weapons slid down Rose sword and before they could counterattack Rose jumped off the cliff.
