Chapter 8: Cultivators
Passing by the huge pool near the entrance of the hotel while observing the well maintained huge trees which made the location even more beautiful, Axel entered the hotel which looked a little like a castle.
Passing by the reception and entering the elevator, Axel had already seen many other people on his short walk. And of them, almost two-thirds of them were women.
For some reason, however, quite a lot of them had their faces and entire body covered behind the black garbs.
What is this? Ancient China?
Rolling his eyes at the fact that women still hid their faces, Axel went to the highest floor because that was where his room was at.
As a human who had a body of an Immortal, Axel had a very high metabolism rate.
Due to the fact that he couldn't survive on air or nothing like the Gods could, he needed to constantly feed his Immortal body something or the other if he didn't want to turn into a bag of bones.
Therefore, as soon as he entered his room, the first thing Axel did was order enough food to feed twenty hungry men.
Things might be different after he started cultivating and obtained a decent cultivation, but right now all he could do was feast of food to satisfy his stomach and body.
It was only by eating a lot of food that Axel could keep his body in perfect condition and use his superhuman strength. If he suddenly started to feel hungry due to having used too much energy, Axel would not just fail to use his strength which was enough to even lift cars, but his body which was supposed to be Immortal wouldn't even be able to stop a mosquito from sucking his blood.

"I wonder who that woman was."
Shrugging her beautiful shoulders as she exited the elevator and resumed walking with her sexy ass swaying to the sides, the woman who was very obviously a tourist walked towards the room number 3012.
"Whatever, since this card is real and the room has been paid for an entire week, it would be a waste to not use it."
Swiping the card and opening the door, the woman didn't enter it directly and stopped to look at the room which was opposite to hers.
"3011... Since this is true, does that mean what she said about my fated one waiting in this room is also true?"
Standing in the same place and contemplating for a while, the lady finally shook her head and entered her room.
"She's most likely some minor Goddess who's playing a prank on me."
Writing off Aphrodite as a minor Goddess the woman entered her room to enjoy the pleasure of staying at a five-star hotel.

Once he finished eating everything he ordered, Axel who felt full even completed all the research he needed to about his target and where she would awaken it.
The Mortals might not know it, but all the information about the Gods they possessed was completely genuine. They just didn't know where to look and how to use it.
Moving near the window and looking out, Axel didn't even look outside it for a few seconds before a frown formed on his face.
Getting off the black car in front of the hotel was what looked like an average group of tourists. But each and every one of them, however, was not an ordinary Mortal and instead real-life cultivators.
Even though Axel hadn't met any cultivators until now, he knew all about them.
While the Gods in Greek, Roman, Japanese, Hindu, Norse and so on were born as Gods or either obtained Godhood after the other Gods blessed them, the same couldn't be said about all the Gods related to the Chinese Mythology.
A few of the Gods were once Mortals who crossed the limits of their mortality and became Gods by going against the 'Heaven'.
These words were and are true.
Unfortunately, the number of them was so less that they could be counted on one's hand.
However, even then once a Mortal showed that it was possible to become a God, there was no shortage in others trying to do the same until finally a system of Cultivation was established.
Following this allowed a Mortal to hypothetically became a God as long as he or she stayed determined and didn't take a step back from trying to achieve their goal.
Even though there was no guarantee that they would become a real God who could never be killed by time or anyone or anything, there was the possibility of obtaining eternal life.
And this eternal life was what all humans who had limited lifespan did their best to try and obtain.
While this unlimited lifespan wasn't what Axel wanted, he also needed to cultivate and become a Realm God if he ever wanted to say the words that the five goddesses were his wives without being turned into ashes immediately.
Smirking a little while looking at the Russian group of cultivators who just entered the hotel, Axel realized that the information he possessed was something that most of the strong cultivation groups across the world also obtained.
Even though they might not have the support of any Gods behind them, all of them were definitely going to try their best to become the first one the Goddess who wakes up sees.
Who knows, given the titles she possessed it wouldn't be surprising if she revealed them the right way to become a God.
