Chapter 71: 70. Farewell?

I tried to call papá Jackson as I'm now here at the hospital. It was actually nine in the evening when I immediately brought Marsha here after what happened to her a while ago on that restaurant.
Darn! That fucking man is the reason why it happened to Marsha! I caught her that she fell down on the floor, and I really blamed that darn man!
So in that case, I decided to bring her here in this hospital after what happened on her. I waited here for a few hours to know if what's her condition right now. But then, it makes makes me shock after knowing what's about her, and I can't still express what I felt right now. Tongue-tied.
Yes. that doctor said that she's three days pregnant.
"So what happened to her, son?" he asked in a worry. I responded to him.
"She's just in a state of unconscious a while ago. So I decided to bring her here in the hospital." I said in a calm in my head.
"So, is she okay now? Did the doctor said already to you if what's her condition?" he asked in a worry by the tone of his voice.
"Yeah, yeah. The doctor said to me about her a while ago that it's part of having a baby. Her pregnancy.." I noticed that he didn't reply on me abruptly.
Well, I know that it makes him startled and especially mamá Felisha will surely shock if she'll know also that Marsha is pregnant.
"S-she's pregnant?" papá asked unbelievably.
"Yes. She is."
"Oh god--I can't wait to see my apo! Your mamá will be suprise on it if she'll hear this."
"I indeed expecting it." I paused for a moment when I swirled my body at my back in a sudden. I noticed that she's in conscious now. Roaming her eyes around.
"We'll talk about this later papá. She's now awake."
"Okay. Take care of her. I and your mamá can't wait to your wedding with her, and she'll be too happy also about Marsha's pregnancy.." I smiled after I heard him said. Afterwards I hang up my phone.
"L-love nasaan tayo?" I put my phone inside of my pocket at sabay humalukipkip ako. Still standing while looking on her.
"We're in the hospital." I actually wanted to punish her but not with a torment which makes her to suffer. But I wanted her to feel the way how am I really selfish--only for her. Because of hiding to me that she'll have a met up on that dumb existing man in the world.
Yeah. I'm too selfish to the point that I really don't want her for being with someone else. I really damn want her exclusively for me only.
"H-hospital? P-pero bakit tayo nandito love?" she roamed her eyes again in a sudden. "B-bakit ako nakahiga dito? O-operahan ba ako? W-wala naman akong sakit ha?" she asked in a bit nervous and of curiosity.
Kung hindi lang niya alam how I'm really fucking hurt about what was I've witnessed a while ago, I think I'll be too insanely. Yeah. I maybe should damn drowning now myself by so much drunkenness but I did not, because I just can't do something bad on her. I feel I'll hurt him the way that I'll feel the same way that too. I'll just think some other ways about her punishment.
Nah. I'm not really like this before. But then, because of her--everything makes me to change. That's because of damn loving her. And I'll do everything for her.
Lumapit ako sa kanya at sabay umupo ako sa tabi niya. I caressed her cheeks at sabay hinalikan ko siya sa kanyang noo.
"No you're not. Okay?" I said with a smiled. Hinawakan naman niya ako sa'king kamay na naka-dapo pa rin sa kanyang pisngi.
"So, ano ginagawa natin dito?" I stared on her for a moment. Then I grinned. "Don't you remember what happened to you lately? Think about it." inalis ko ang aking pagkaka-hawak sa kanyang mukha.
Napansin kong napa-isip muna siya sandali. She tried to blink her eyes and I noticed that maybe now she already remembered it. Sandali'y napansin ko ring napa-kunot noo siya. Hinawakan niya ako sa gilid ng aking labi.
"L-love..kailangang magamot itong sugat mo.." I hold her hand and I removed it.
"It's okay. Don't mind it." I said in a low voice. Yeah. It's damn fault of that shit man. I'm absolutely confident that I hit him hardly on his face so he wouldn't have chance to show up his fucking face to Marsha.
"L-love..sorry.." sambit niya pagdaka'y napa-yakap siya sa akin. Looks like she'll cry now.
Yeah. The way she hugged me, it makes me soothed actually. She always doing it every time she thinks that she'd done wrong. And yes, she really should.
"Tell me. Does Steven did something wrong on you? Why the hell you're there with him?" she ended hugging me when she looked on me. Suddenly, she put her head down and she uttered.
"W-wala siyang ginawa sa'king masama.." she paused for a moment. Looks like they'd talked about something, and I should know what is it.
"Then, why you are there?" umangat ang kanyang ulo at tinapunan niya ulit ako ng tingin. I noticed on her eyes na medyo namumula iyon maybe because she cries.
Darn. I really don't want seeing her on that way!
"S-sinabi niya kasi sa'kin yung tungkol sa inyo ni Stella..na nakikipag-kita ka dun sa babaeng 'yon. A-at may mga pictures siya na binigay sa akin.."
"The hell! Where's that pictures!" halos mapa-sigaw ako sa galit ng narinig ko iyon mula sa kanya. I averted my eyes on her at napa-suklay ako sa'king buhok.
"E-eto yung mga pictures.." ipinitlig ko ang ulo ko sa kanya, sabay tinapunan ko ng tingin yung folder nang iabot niya 'yon sa akin.
Yes. I actually knew about it a while ago nang makita ko iyon sa na hawak-hawak niya kanina. But I didnt't tried to look what's inside. Gusto kong siya mismo ang mag-sabi niyon tungkol doon.
Kinuha ko iyon at pagdaka'y tinignan ko ang lahat ng larawan na nandoon sa loob ng folder.
"Darn this!" I clenched my fist while looking on that pictures. I heaved a sighed at kaagad ko iyon ibinalik sa loob ng folder.
"S-sorry love. K-kasalanan ko naman ang lahat eh. Hindi na sana ako nakipag-kita pa sa kanya. P-pero kasi..nahihirapan at nasasaktan ako, kaya sinubukan kong alamin yung sinasabi ni Steven. Pero nung makita ko 'yang lahat ng pictures na 'yan. Sobrang nasaktan ako. Pero inisip kona alam kong hindi mo 'yon magagawa sa'kin love. Alam kong hindi mo ako niloloko diba? Alam kong ako lang ang mahal mo.."
I'm still looking on her while she was uttering those words. I noticed that her tears dripped down on her cheeks. I abruptly wiped it using my thumb.
"Ssh. Don't cry. You trust me, right?" she nodded her head, sobbing.
"Okay then. You should. Because I won't do that thing to you, okay? I do not love Stella. You knew it. Because you're the only love of mine.." as I said that to her, I gently kissed her on her lips for a seconds. Pagdaka'y humiwalay ang aming mga labi. I wiped her tears on her cheeks again.
"H-hindi ka na galit sa akin?"
"I will be mad if you'll chose him over me." pagka-sabi niya 'non ay hinampas niya ako ng marahan sa'king balikat. I just made a chuckles.
Yes. I'll be damn mad is he is. But I'm complacent that I'm only a man in her heart. Yeah. I know it.
"Siya nga pala love, si Dwayne. Kailangan na nating umuwi." she changed a topic. Suddenly, our attention caught when we both heard a cough behind me. Napasulyap siya 'don pati ako.
"Uhh, excuse me." napa-baling kami ng tingin mula 'don sa pintuan, at natanaw ko naman doon yung doctor na naka-tayo. Pagdaka'y, lumapit siya sa amin as she let her go here.
"So, ms. Marsha Sandoval right?" I look on Marsha, and I saw she nod her head on that doctor.
She checked Marsha's vital sign for a moment. Afterwards, she take down something in her clipboard where she was now holding.
"Okay, mr. Figueroa, you can discharge her tomorrow morning. Besides, she's fine. She should always take rest and then she always needs to eat enough foods. It's necessary besides it's a part for having her a baby." she said with a smiled.
"Thank you mrs. Valdez."
"Welcome mr. Figueroa. Well by the way, congrats on both of you." Masayang niyang wika. Afterwards, she excused on us then she left us here inside the room.
"B-baby? A-anong ibig niyang sabihin love?" when I look back on her again, I noticed that she's partly confused. And I think she should know now about it.
"You're pregnant love."
"P-pregnant? A-ako?" she asked in a dumbfounded. I expect it'll startled her about it.
"Yes wife." as when I said it, she give me immediately a warm hugged.
"Salamat love. Sobrang saya ko na magkaka-baby na tayo.. I love you, love!" I hugged her tightly.
"I will be also happy if we'll be married immediately. So there's nothing hindrances after all." she ended hugging me. I noticed on her that she's so happy, as her lips smiled widely. She clasped me in my hand.
"Oo. Handa na akong mag-pakasal sa'yo love!" sobrang saya niyang bigkas. "Pero kailan tayo ikakasal?" she asked in chirpy. I just give her a smile for a moment when I remembered something.
I still remember that she's so also happy when I wear a ring on her finger. But the one thing that I'm waiting is to tell to her when we'll have to our wedding. Yes. I really damn want her eagerly to be mine forever.
"Tomorrow?" she blinked for a seconds, dumbfounded. But she immediately replied. Nodding on me.
"O-oo love. Oo mag-papakasal ako sa'yo bukas." she uttered in an unexplainable feelings. I didn't have a doubt now that she's excited to marry me.
But in a sudden, I can't explain also what I feel right now about it. I feel that I'm so lucky for having Marsha. Even I thought before that we can't be, now I realized that she's really meant for me.
Well actually, speaking in our wedding. I already prepared for it after those few days that had passed. When it was a time that I gave her a ring, I actually planned for it. But it's just a simple wedding. Yeah. And I know she'll be excited and suprise for it.

"You okay now?" she nodded her head on me after we get outside on a room where she stayed at last night.
Yeah, she vomited. I actually want to be with her there but she insisted that she I should not. Besides, it's for ladies comfort room.
But the hell, she's my wife! so I thinking there's nothing wrong about it. I'm actually worrying about her. But of course, maybe it's part of her pregnancy. As I noticed that she feel dizziness also. Which was actually happened on her last night.
I hold her in her hand as we walked towards the parking lot. The doctor actually discharge her a while ago. And I decided to bring her on her home as she said that she wanted to see her sister.
Speaking of Dwayne, I called Troy last night, and I told him to still stay there with as I already said to her about what happened to Marsha. At sinabi ko rin sa kanya na huwag nang sabihin iyon kay Dwayne. So she'll not be worry on Marsha.
Speaking on it again, sinabihan ko si Troy na pumunta sila sa bicol where I and Marsha are staying at there. Besides, I also heard from him that Dwayne seems okay mula sa kanyang pagka-kasakit.
Well. I know that it'll be also a surprise to Marsha. As my decision in our wedding is for today. At tanging si mamá Felisha at papá Jackson lang ang nakaka-alam 'non. And Roxie, who helped me for this.
Speaking to my darn parents. They're still there in manila. They really insisting me to marry that whore girl, Stella. And actually, her parents are also preparing for it as I heard from Roxie that they're fixing on our marriage for this coming next day.
I sighed. She's out of her mind tsk. And I know that she's just using that thing as she said that she's pregnant, so she can get me. Darn whore. Well, I don't really believe that I fuck her. For pete's sake. In her dreams.
"We'll go somewhere after your preparation." I saw that she turn her head on me when she stopped walking in a sudden. Nawala sandali ang ngiti sa kanyang labi.
"H-huh? Saan naman tayo pupunta? Hindi ba ngayon yung kasal natin?" she asked curiously.
"Yeah. I prepare that place just for two us. After our wedding." bigla namang sumilay ang ngiti sa labi niya at napansin ko namang namula ang kanyang pisngi. Napa-ngiti ako.
"I'm doing this love because you're so special to me. And I want you to be suprise on it.." matapos kong sabihin 'yon ay bigla naman niya akong niyakap.
Yeah. I eagerly want this moment everyday. She's my loving reliever. Damn.
"Salamat sa lahat love.hindi na ako makapag-hintay. I love you." she said happily. Afterwards, she ended up hugging me. Tinapunan niya ako ng tingin.
"I love you too." i noticed that her cheeks are turning now in red. And I could say that she's really beautiful on that way. Makes me always captured my heart and damn fall on her always.
"U-uh. Kailangan na pala nating umuwi.." iniwas na niya ang kanyang tingin sa'kin nang mag-lakad na siya. I just made a smile.
As we both reached now the car, pinagbuksan ko muna siya ng pinto. Pagdaka'y pumasok na siya sa loob. Pagkatapos ay umikot na ako papunta sa driver seat.
But before I get in, suddenly I glanced on her nang marinig kong pasigaw niya akong tinawag.
"Logan!" I raised my brows for a moment, then suddenly I fell down on the ground when there's someone hit me at my back nang sinubukan kong tumingin sa'king likuran.
I feel so much pain in my head. I touched it and I saw in my hand na may dugo iyon.
Fuck this!
I tried to roamed my eyes around to look for Marsha kahit na lumalabo na ang paningin ko. And there, I saw that two man trying to get her harshly inside of my car. They're wearing a black shirt and a bonnet on their heads. I heard Marsha shouting to call for a help habang yung isa sa kanila ay tinakpan siya ng panyo sa kanyang bibig.
Damn this! Darn it! Anong gagawin nila kay Marsha!?
Sinubukan kong bumangon even though my vision is still getting blur. Masakit rin ang pagkaka-hampas sa aking ulo. But damn! I want to save Marsha! I want to save her from those fuck men!
I tried to go there habang ang isa sa kanila ay buhat-buhat si Marsha.
"Mukhang gusto pa ata tayong labanan nito boss!"
"Ano pang hinihintay mo!? Patayin mo na 'yang h*yop na lalaking 'yan para wala nang sagabal!" rinig kong sabi nung isa sa kanila na may hawak ng baril. Looks like trying to kill me habang ngayon ay naka-tutok na 'yon sa akin. Tsk. Damn! They'll regret it for their entire life for doing this!
Bago pa niya iyon mabaril sa'kin, I immediately took it away from me at dumagundong naman ang isang putok ng baril nang maka-labit niya ang gatilyo niyon. I hardly punched that man on his face, but he abruptly punched me back also.
F*ck this! Darn! They really want me to kill! How dare is he! Damn!
Hindi ako nagpa-tinag at binawian ko naman siya ng suntok. Napa-handusay siya sa sahig as I shoot him using a gun that he's holding a while ago.
And suddenly, tinutok ko 'yon sa isa pa niyang kasama na ngayon ay pasan-pasan si Marsha sa kanyang balikat.
"H*yop ka, gusto mo pa talagang makipag-barilan sa'kin huh?!" before he say anything, kinalabit ko na ang gatilyo. At tumama 'yon sa kanyang hita, na ikina-luhod naman niya.
"Aray!" pag-inda niya. Halos mabitawan na niya si Marsha na ngayon ay naka-pasan pa rin sa kanyang balikat.
"Who the hell are you? Sino nag-utos sa'yo nito!" I said in a loud voice. I still holding the gun habang naka-tutok na 'yon ngayon sa ulo niya. I heard that he just laughed in a stupid way.
"Bakit ko naman sasabihin?" pagdaka'y tumawa siya ulit. Halos kumulo na ang dugo ko sa galit. I almost gritted my teeth while clenching also my fist.
I tried to pull the trigger but suddenly, bago ko pa siya nabaril, my eyes went closed when suddenly there's someone hit me hardly at my back. Making me to fell down on the ground.
"Marsha.." I mumbled to myself.
