Chapter 44: MADAM NING

Noble Su followed the Madam and kept his face straight. He wants to see what will happen to her now. He could see her reaction.

She keeps on biting her nails and her knees shaking. She kept murmuring and scratching her hand.

"YOU!"

Madam Ning pointed at him and yelled.

"M-madam"

He immediately kneeled and stuttered.

"What do I do?"

'And now you are asking me?'

He wants to mock her but it will just make his cover blow up.

"I-i. This servant doesn't dare say anything!"

'You think I'll help you?'

"YOU USELESS THING!!"

Madam Ning threw a cup at his head and yelled at him at the top of her lungs. The female servant who was behind him gave him a handkerchief.

"Be careful, please. That woman is a psycho"

She whispered to him. It made him smile and he took the handkerchief.

"It is you who had to be careful"

He whispered in a serious voice and continued to kneel. He don't want to kneel for anyone unless it was his Master. But for this mission, he had to forget everything and serve this foolish woman.

"I am. Thank you"

It was all that she said.

MASTER MU stared at Shufen without blinking.

"What were you thinking?"

His face was serious and all. Shufen was uncomfortable about it so she glanced at Yaling but Yaling looked away when she asked her for help.

Yaling felt bad for ignoring Shufen but Master Mu is scary as hell.

"I'm not mad but I got annoyed by your plan. Why do you have to be hurt? You can just fake being sick and she can't force you to go out."

Shufen couldn't refute. She just wants to get even with Madam Ning little by little.

"Revenge is not good. I'll tell you that"

Yaling and Shufen were silent as he speak and just listened to him talking.

"But getting to her nerves is good"

He laughed hard and hold his chin. Shufen was still nervous but this made her feel okay.

"Pretend to be sick and all, okay?"

"Yaling, Let's go and get even with that witch"

Yaling smiled as she heard it.

Master Mu was already outside before Yaling stood up.

"Rest okay?"

Yaling smiled before she followed Master Mu.

Her smile fell when the door closed. Her plan was ruined. And she's sure that servant who was supposed to be doing it with her is already on his deathbed.

Anyway, Madam Ning will still be punished. And it's more than what she wants to do.
