The dragon made up of green flames swallowed goblin in whole before Oslo controlled it again to fly upward.
BOOM!
A hole...not a hole but the ceiling above their head disappeared and what remained turned rubble and fell down in the floor. After the ceiling of the room had vanished, the rays of light penetrated through the large gap and lighted the room.
The white membrane that goblin had on its body was charred black and as it wilted, he could see the face of the goblin which had been severely injured from head to toe. Its green skin was now black in some vital points.
Looking at the just a step away from corpse goblin, a grin appeared on his face.
Tang~
The dagger resting on goblin's waist fell at the ground making a sharp noise as it slowly looked at Oslo who had a worn down dagger covered totally in green blood in his hand with its trembling eyes. Seeing him fiddling with the dagger made its heart skip a beat.
Run...run away...run away. It was the only thought running through the goblin which was in terror.
Without any further thought, it ran towards the cave which was in the right of the room and slowly disappeared in the darkness of the cave but Oslo didn't chase after the creature from back but ran through the tunnel which had led him to this room.
Along the way, he felt no restrictions as before when he entered first but he didn't stop to think about it ran till he saw the exit. Reaching out he just leaned against the wall and watched the entrances of three tunnels with his arms folded.
If what he had guessed was correct then there was no need to chase after the goblin.
The goblin ran and ran and ran when it finally saw the dim light out of the dark tunnel but when it got out its face wasn't that of a happy one. It distorted into something different as its expression changed. No matter what it did, it seemed like it couldn't escape this demon.
Oslo yawned as it had already been a minute and half since he had been waiting for the creature and finally it showed up all bloody from the right cave. Seeing that distorted expression of fear, Oslo was satisfied but the same thing couldn't be said for the goblin.
Its nightmare had returned to hunt it down and there was also a dagger he was fiddling with.
It seemed like what he had guessed was indeed correct. The right cave in the room was indeed connected to the right entrance he had seen when he entered the dungeon first. But seeing this tricky goblin, Oslo didn't chase after it from the same cave because nobody knew what trap it had set there, so to be safe he trod through the cave he had came from.
If what he had guessed was wrong then this goblin would have been lucky as Oslo wouldn't have chased it down but it seemed the goblin was out of luck.
As he walked towards goblin, Oslo said,
"I don't know if you'll understand me but I'll say it anyway."
"You broke my precious saber and for the compensation I'll be taking that dagger of yours which you've left in that room. I had one question on my mind since the time were battling."
"Since you could my abilities then why didn't you copy my Dragon's Breathe?"
Asking that he looked at the goblin which was trembling and laughed"Hahahaha, it seems you don't really understand this language, huh? But listening won't hurt. I'll tell you a hypothesis of mine."
"Was it too exhausting to copy?"
"No," Oslo shook his head,"It wouldn't be too exhausting because you could even control up to five hundred fireball? Was it hard? I think not because it isn't very hard than playing with that fire ball."
"Then I guessed something. You cannot copy the innate skills, can you?"
Since Dragon's Breathe was the innate skill of the Divine Dragon King, it did made a lot if sense. So Oslo came up with this idea.
"Are you even listening?" Looking at the pale face goblin, he said, "It seems I've overestimated you too much and was filled with hope that I could battle my own image but since you couldn't copy all my skills, I'm disappointed."
The goblin was totally cornered and didn't have anywhere to run. The thing revolving in its mind was fear and only fear. Although it knew it was too weak, it didn't gave up on the thought living. In resistance it threw its claws like hands at Oslo. It wasn't for harming Oslo but to distract him so that it could buy time to run away again.
But Oslo had no such thing in mind as letting the goblin run away again. The iron rule between magic beasts and humans were kill or be killed in this world so, he didn't even show pity towards goblins. If magic beasts would just kill them without reason then what would stop humans from doing the same thing.
When it was strong, it trampled upon the weak and laughed as if it was amused but when it faced someone stronger, it was the turn of the stronger to do the same and nothing more. It was as they say, what goes around, comes around.
Seriously, how can I think that it could be my mirror image, Oslo thought. Its disgusting face and my handsome one just doesn't match up!
Oslo unlike before wanted to kill this wretched creature once and for all. He dodged the claw and moved his arm with the speed his body was capable of providing him. With the dagger in hand, he attacked the goblin.
Stab! Abdomen.
Stab! Heart.
Stab! Neck.
Stab! Head.
With a terrifying speed, his dagger stabbed through the vitals of goblin resulting in its death. When the goblin fell in the ground, a familiar voice rang in his mind.
[Ordinary Magic Beast (Rank D) Goblin King killed. Magic Core has been damaged.]
The ring was accompanied by another ring.
[ Learned new skill: Critical Hit
Phase:1/2 (Critical Stab)
--A skill used to attack the critical areas of a body resulting in massive damage.
(No Mana Required) ]
Even though he didn't get the magic core because it was damaged, he was happy to learn a new skill on the process. Leaving the corpse as it was, he retrieved the dagger which was covered in green blood of the goblin kind and smiled.
"Now let's take the weapon it left in the boss' room."

In the boss' room, the unconscious humans slowly regained consciousness along with the elves. With two daggers in hand, he was looking at the saber which laid in the floor in half.
"It is indeed great weapon and it is sharper than the saber." He mumbled as he fiddled with the goblin king's dagger. But for a saber to go to waste like that...such a pity!
Alphonse was on his duty. The duty to not let any captives which were sealed inside the case of ice to bug out right after waking up. The elves behind Oslo finally stood up.
Among the elves, two were girls and one was a man whose eyes were filled with coldness as he stared at Oslo. Although he didn't do anything, Oslo could feel the elf' hidden intent because he too shared the same feelings.
Since humans and elves weren't in peaceful terms, it was only natural to get this sort of reaction. Elves always fought with humans for territories in Magic Land because it was humans who breached their borders and claimed what was once theirs. Their land was occupied and captured by humans resulting in many deaths which was the root to the hatred.
But the girl with green hair didn't have any coldness in her eyes but a gratitude in her tone, "Thank you for saving our life. I'll remember this favor you've done to us."
"Its no problem and you don't have to remember it. Just forget you met us." Oslo said without looking at her.
"How dare you talk in such a way to her-" As the male elf was shouting at Oslo, the girl with green hair interrupted him by waving her hand. She then shook her head and said, "Even if you think it doesn't concern you for saving us...we're indeed indebted to you for saving our life. And for this favor, we'll indeed keep it in mind, Thank you."
Saying that, she looked at both of the elves and walked away with them in silence. The man till the point he left the room gazed at Oslo with murderous look.
Oslo wasn't too concerned for the favor because he didn't save then and it was goblin king which after being cornered used all the magic power which also resulted in them being free from the case of ice and that was the end of it.

In the Windmill village, Alphonse told the villagers the after story after them being kidnapped by the goblins and also convinced them to settle in the village till he reported the matter to the guild and inform what had happened making the guild to take notice of the situation and also help them start the settlement again.
Oslo upon entering the village had already disabled his skill 'Erase' and was walking towards the windmill with no one following him around. He then went directly to the grave of the village elder and sat down in front of it.
He then took out the dagger which the goblin had used to kill the village elder and said, "I promised you a gift, didn't I?"
Stab!
The dagger whose blade was covered in green blood stabbed in the ground right above the body of the place where the body of the elder was buried. The blood in the dagger was being absorbed by the land as he sighed and spoke,
"Not all the goblins were killed by this dagger but I promise you, above ninety five percent of those creatures were done in by this dagger I'm gifting you right now."
"You may not be satisfied by how it went since you couldn't listen it with your own ears but..."Oslo said softly.
" We've completed the quest you had issued!"
