Chapter 6: Chapter 6 : Living quarters
'Have this happened before?' Thoughts Argent quietly
"Are you stayed nearby? That is my living quarters which room is yours? I am Jessie, what's yours?" Ask Jessie while pointing at building nearby.
"I am Ruby. Nice to meet you. Yes i that's my living quarters too. Room number 214" while holding her little sister she "this is Ember, I don't know if my sister can stay there. I need to inform my parents tell them Ember is with me" she is worried
"My room number is 208, let's see if we have roommates or not. If not maybe Amber can stay with us" suggest Jessie
"Let's meet warden first and tell her about this" All seems agree with Argent suggestions and to their luck seems good just as Jessie and Ruby wanna go inside their living quarters, they meet Miss Carolina at the entrance.
She wanna fetch her belongings in so the boys offered their help as Ruby and Jessie tell her what happened. Miss Carolina hurried call Ruby's parent and Ruby's parent finally feel eased but their transportation seem having some difficulty so they promised they will fetch Ember tomorrow.
"So Little girl do you wanna stay with me or your sister?" Ask Miss Carolina
Ember look at Ruby with begging eyes "can i stay with my sister, pleaseeee!!" Ember adorably begging.
Miss Carolina giggle and take her record. "Which room you're in??" She asking Ruby.
"It's 214" reply Ruby. "Your roommate already registered in, so Ember can't stay there with you, I don't want others thinking that family are allowed to stay in too"
"My room is 208" told Jessie. Miss Carolina go through the list again "hmmm you are Jessie Jackson?" Jessie nodded. "your roommate not yet registered, so weird for not yet registering until this hour, Alright Ember stay in your room then."
Since they got permission so Ruby and Ember will stay with Jessie that night. When boys been told about that and they fell relieved.
"All I think this is blessing in disguise, i am relieved now since Jessie will not alone. Ruby can you take care of her until she have roommate? And ...." Jason asking Ruby. But before he can continue more Jessie immediately stop him.
"Don't listen to this guy any longer, you know in my family I have another 2 brother, just like him. I can't even move freely. With many people around what can happened to me there. Ruby also same as me. We know how to take care of ourselves don't be worry warts" Jessie complained
"You are so lucky Jessie. If i have a sister I maybe just like Jason. I wanna cherish her so i will have no regrets" Alan back up Jason in his envy tone.
A pair of small eyes keep look at a place make Argent curious. What is she looking at? This little girl really keep staring at one place. Since she pun her head on her sister shoulder not many notice her behavior but it's catch Argent attention.
Argent look at Ember make Ruby realize "Ember, what are you looking?" Ruby asked and Ember pointing her finger at tree nearby lake.
"Is there treasure?" Alan ask teasingly but surprise him when Ember nodded.
So this mischievous little girl intent to seek treasure.
"Wowww" Jason reacted amused by them.
"Let's see" Ruby seem very eager to go. "Come with us, you sure will not regret this" Ruby leading everyone while Ember shows the way.
The tree near the lake there is many large stone that created natural landscapes, all seems very natural then ember keep pointing at one stone as large as human adult head.
"Is this the one?" Ember nodded. Ruby let Ember down and she carefully near the stone, when she sure nothing dangerous nearby hurried everyone to roll the stone away.
The stone fall down and broke, revealed the sparkle inside. Yellow brownish crystal like gems catches everyone eyes. "Are there more or only this?" Ruby asked again.
"There is things like this around but I know where they are maybe if i saw it again i will show you" Ember reply, maybe she is still not yet familiar with this academy.
"Well this is the place where young dragon frequently come so it's not weird" Argent telling "since mostly all dragons like treasure"
They decided to return the gems to academy in case any Dragons claimed their gem missing. The patrol officers come and collected the gems also get their name recorded.
Since they don't want to provokes any dragons anger they stop looking for such stones.
Little did their know that the stone is very different from others and when the stone broken, something get infused to theirs body give very benefit gift that they will know letter.
After dinner they went back to their accommodation place.
There is several living quarters blocks. Their living quarters have 5 floors, each floor have 10 house, each house have 5 rooms and each room for 2 person.
Alan and Agent stay at same house but different room. Even the room is for two persons but Argent stay alone.
Since he didn't have roommate so nobody will know if he is not inside his room and make him feel ease to go back to his Headmaster office. After he get changed then he went to the headmaster's office.
Many reports in his table, Joan and Emily still there waiting for him while doing their task.
"Already late, why everyone still here?" Question Argent.
"Professor Quinn, here is today report we need opinion on this" Emily show the report in her hand.
"What it is about? To make all of you waiting it's must be something serious?" Curious Argent asked.
