Chapter 5: Chapter 5 : elements aptitude test
Little lad clad with grey shirt and black leather boots sit alone near registration station. Few tables and lines of new students come to register can be seen.
Argent registration already done he already got his student's accommodation key and Academy info. Class will be divided after aptitude test taken after this registration. So by tomorrow morning students will know which class they are in. He just sitting there while rewind back how his first day at school long time ago. Suddenly he feel missing of his parent.
He recognized some parents some used to come visit him about their children. But now he just sitting there watching everything just flow in front of him.
"Are you alone? I come early today and saw you already here." Blue clad boy with blue eyes come and ask. "Ya, i am alone." Reply Argent. "Me too, by the way i am Alan, Alan Mckeena. Just call me Alan" he introduced himself.
"I am Lu.... Argent Quinn but my mother always call my other name. Just call me Argent" tell Argent.
"You are luckier than me though. I am orphan I can't even remember them anymore" say Alan
"Sorry. She is no longer here too, that's why i am thinking of her. If today she is here maybe i am not sitting alone here" say Argent.
Alan told him he is from Orphanage house from small town far away from Academy that's take a few week to travel here. He arrived here yesterday and tell Argent about his little adventure to Academy.
They having lunch and went to test their aptitude. So many children already there and some still clinging with their parents and families.
After sometimes Alan been call to aptitude test. He is confirmed having elements aptitude with fire, metal, wood and very little aptitude with wind.
He seem very happy with the results since majority here have just two or three elements aptitude. Actually having twin elements already much more better than normal people
Argent stand nearby watching many excited children nearby. He already knows his aptitude is water and very little of woods elements. But his aptitude of wood elements very little and almost can't be seen. So he is reluctant to test his aptitude early.
"Argent! Did you saw my elements aptitude? I thought i just have three elements aptitude. Surprisingly i have four." Chattering Alan happily.
"You are so good! I am Jason, Jason Jackson" nearby young lad clad with come with another girl behind him. "This is my sister Jessie."
"I am Alan Mckeena and this is Argent Quinn. I know 3 of it before but the last elements surprised me" say Alan and the smile on his face still. "Have you been test yet?"
"Not yet but i also know i have 3 elements too and hope i also will have that mysterious other elements too." Reply Jason with anticipation.
Jason and Alan both immediately click with each other since both have compatible personalities. But they still pull in Argent into they conversation from time to time.
Many people gradually left, but Jason and Argent turn still not there. More less and less people can be seen then Jason turn after Jessie.
His elements affinity is earth, water and wind. Almost same like Jessie accepted Jessie have wood elements aptitude but no wind.
Finally the last person. He really the last person to get test. Argent lamented in his heart 'Joan Anderson not only you make me take the test but u even let me watched this test till the end!!! What a good assistant I have'
In nearby building suddenly Professor Anderson fell chill behind his back.
Argent then get on stage and stand in front of the huge mirror like screen and he put his right hand on the screen at pointed place. Then he fell slightly warm around his body and saw light come from his palm then light up all the screen many patterns light appears and Argent look at the screen with wide eyes dumbfounded.
Then the instructor nearby voice it "Water, wood, metal, Earth and thunder elements. This is shockingly very rare talent "
How come suddenly i got this aptitude? Argent still feel unbelievable.
Argent too absorb with his thoughts with many things he didn't even know where he were drag with Alan, Jason and Jessie.
Suddenly there is something crash that pull back Argent to reality
There a girl with laying at the ground and she is using her body while protecting something by hugging it and cracked porcelain around her.
We immediately try to lend her hand and Jessie support her up. What surprise us she is holding more smaller little girl around 5 or 6 years old.
"Where this little girl come? Are you a student here?" Argent question her with headmaster air without he realized.
The girl seems nervous try hiding the smaller girl behind her back. "This is my sisters and my parents already back but we didn't realize she's hiding and stay here. I just realized but what shall I do?"
