Chapter 2: A baby? A prophecy before a prophecy...
The year was 1979, February 14.
It was oddly sunny over England that day. The muggles were hustling and bustling as per usual that was until... Well until a supposed hole opened in the sky and the next second it was gone. The world government couldn't understand what happened so they did what they did best blame it something in space.
However, that was not the case for the magical world. The International Confederation of Wizards (where the witches at? Stupid sexism) convened an emergency meeting. There was constant whispering in the meeting hall.
"Silence. Silence! *sigh* SILENCE!" screamed a long-gray-bearded old man who stood at the center podium. This long-gray-bearded old man was none other than Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, the Supreme Mugwump of the ICW. He was known as the greatest wizard of the time and the second coming of Merlin – the greatest wizard of all times. "Right, now that I have everyone's attention we may proceed," Dumbledore paused slightly, "As you all know we have gathered here today to discuss the anomaly that happened just yesterday. The magical phenomenon is like none we've ever seen and we are currently unsure of the source of the phenomenon but we do know that something with a strong magical signature did come out of the rift. We are unsure if it is friendly or not..."
"Oh stop it already Dumbledore! Why do you keep beating around the bush. Just give it to us straight!" screamed the American representative, Jebediah Price. It must be known that Price was in the top 5 most powerful wizards and a strong contender for Supreme Mugwump and he hated Dumbledore to the core, the core of his wand that is. There were sounds of agreement coming from some parts of the hall.
Dumbledore's expression darkened at this, not because of the blatant disrespect he was shown but because..., "Well if you insist on knowing then I'll be forthright with you. The object/entity that came from that rift had more raw magic power than I," Dumbledore responded in low but audible voice and then silence. Shock. And more shock and silence. It must be known that the only reason no one has removed Dumbledore without using underhanded means is they can't. For those present the old cogger was too powerful, although, there were strong contenders present, none could match Dumbledore in terms of magic capacity and even in one on one combat, Dumbledore was a master duelist having beaten two Dark Lords – or did he?
"You better not be lying Dumbledore!"
"You must be joking?!"
"Are you busting our chops? Please say yes!"
These were just some of the exclamations people were making. Dumbledore raised his hand for silence, "I assure you ladies and gentlemen that this is not something I would joke about. It is absolutely true. I suggest we create teams to scour the globe for any sign of what it might be and any traces it may have left behind. All in favour of this please light your wand. It was unanimous. Everyone was in favour even the anti-Dumbledore faction.
And then it happened... BOOM!
"There will be no need for that," a gentle voice came after the sound of the hall's door being blown in. In walked a group of people that appeared to from different places in the world. A place Englishman, a black haired Japanese , a blonde haired American, a Viking-like Scandinavian etc. (A/N I'm not going to explain everyone's appearance in detail. You'll meet them eventually)
The one leading them, the Englishman spoke, "There is no need for you guys to go on a wild goose chase because the Sovereigns' Alliance has already picked it up. We will not here any protests from the ICW. All you need to is that–" he was interrupted by the sudden change in weather.
Storm clouds gathered and the the gentle breeze became gales. Every Seer, even those in the ICW meeting hall and those at the Sovereigns' Alliance in the world experienced the same thing. They all gave the exact same prophecy:
"The one who was born on the last day of the first week of shortest month. Seven days before Love blooms. It will signify the advent of a new age and when another Dark Lord rises again will he and the Chosen One eradicate all darkness that has seeped into the world. Beware the wicked light and denounce the Imperial Darkness."
Everyone that saw the Seers and heard them just realised that, well that by this time next year the world will begin to change at a rapid pace.
Back to ICW meeting hall.
Everyone was stunned as there at least 3 masters of divination and all those present had extremely strong Third-Eyes making them famous for strong and accurate predictions, but here all these powerful Diviners were giving the exact same prophecy at the exact same time. It's as if they possessed by a higher entity.
Everyone had a solemn expression, well except for those who were prophesying – they were looking very pale, so pale that it looked like they had the devil exorcised out of them. The atmosphere was tense and to make matters worse the Alliance's men just up and vanished from there right after the prophecy was given.
"Ahem! May I have your attention please," everyone gazed Dumbledore expectingly, "I'm sure everyone is confounded as am I. Now this meeting is adjourned and we'll have another in a week. Goodbye."
And Dumbledore left.

At the Sovereign Alliance
"My lord, the others have returned from their trip to the ICW. They have delivered the Alliance's news. They say they experienced it as well, " said a well built man with chiseled facial features. He was in a slight bow talking to a man sitting at a huge round table that had several other figures sitting at it.
The man the servant was speaking to was emanating a a calm aura. He spoke, "You mean to tell me those fools at the ICW also know about this? This is quite troublesome."
"It's actually worse. I felt it, as I was having my vision so was every other Seer in the world. In other words the entire world will know about it by tomorrow!" The one speaking was a buxom woman that appeared to be in her early 20s.
"Are you serious? This quite bad but leaving things aside, how is the boy?" asked a bald old man with a braided beard.
"WAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!" Crying echoed from one side of the room. At the source of the crying was a baby with piercing black-gold eyes and he already had tufts of silver-grey hair growing. With his chibi face and beautiful, dreamy eyes — that when gazed upon seemed like a starry night — was over all cute.
"Why is the child here?!" screamed the old man. The one holding the boy was a women that seemed to be in her early 30s with emerald green eyes and jungle green hair. She spoke, "He was so cute and looked lonely so I kind of picked him up on my way here..." answered the woman slightly anxious.
A man with bushy ginger hair and a thick beard spoke with a deep and gruff voice, "Enough of your antics! We will slowly nurture the boy till he's 3 years of age and then we'll begin his teaching and trading. And before any of you interrupt me; No! It is not too early to begin his training then. You can perceive the boy how ever you want but please do not and I mean do NOT underestimate him because it can and will lead to your downfall in a one on one or one vs many situation. Now dismissed! Oh and Esmeralda dear
please bring the boy late with you to my chambers," and with that everyone dispersed.

ANON_y_MOUS777 Hey guys so I'm completely changing the backstory of the golden trio. At this point I'm deciding wether or not there will be a golden trio but do be warned I don't like Ron so he will be on the receiving end of my wrath.
Time skip coming up
We'll spend a few chapters with him training and then we'll be going to Hogwarts but they'll be flashbacks of him training – it's for character building
As for world building, he'll explore more as he trains and during his time at Hogwarts
