Chapter 17: Chapter 16; Sandy's Memories (Part 1)
"Uh, we were talking about Yriel being my bodyguard and new found trainer, he attacked me to test me out earlier." I said smoothly as I strolled past the man with an arc reacter in his chest. He narrowed his eyes at me as I walked to Künstliche who was unfortunately still offline. Uriel walked behind me and stayed as far as he could from Tony, who glared at him.
"This is my first creation, the android Künstliche, at least my first creation here at the Avengers. What do you think, Yriel? "I ask
(Fun fact did you know that you say Uriel, like Yrii-eel.)
"Uh, you made a human like machine?" He asks looking like he'd gotten the shock of his life.
"Ah-huh. And I'm thinking of upgrading her, just a little bit." I mumbled the last sentence.
" What?" Uriel asks sounding surprised, oh crap, please don't tell me he heard that.
"Ah, nothing." I say smiling and took out a few cables and wires, starting to attach them to Künstliche's main power source and brain. Suddenly a slight shock or electrical surge shot from inside of her and to my hands paralyzing me and sending my mind somewhere I'm unfamiliar with.
Third Person View Outside of Sandy's mind;
Sandy collapsed instantly after her body gave a slight shudder, she fell down to the ground from the sudden surge as she hadn't sat down because of excitement at showing off to Uriel. Tony and Uriel both moved and held Sandy as her eyes fluttered to a close, they exchanged brief looks of worry and confusion, before holding her up and placing her on an empty table, thinking she'd wake up soon.
"What happened?" Asks Uriel, knowing that Tony was a scientist himself.
" I don't know, it might have been a shortage." Says Tony and then adds," I'll get a doctor in here, you stay here." Tony says and walks away, Uriel rolled his eyes and took a chair to sit beside the girl that acts a lot more crazy than he'd thought possible without reason. Well there was one, but it's not like he'd ever find out the girl before him was assassinated due to jealousy.
Sandy's Mind; Third Person.
A young girl wearing ruined scraps for cloth, stood in a broken down room, the room was damp and smelled of blood and human waste. She was chained up and wore no shoes, her hair was a light chocolatey colour, but had debris and grime in it, it clung to her head, neck and back like glue. The room was bare, there was only the iron table and chair behind her, there was zero light from any where. Not even the light bulbs above her had light shining out of it. The walls were made of dirt, so wherever she was she was in a basement. Stairs lead up to a steel and isolated door, where slight movement could be heard. The door burst open and the girl opened her eyes, scrambling back in horror. She tripped over her own feet and fell to the ground but continued to back up and underneath the table as a woman wearing all black walked in with three boxes, she briefly glared at the little girl before placing the boxes down on the table. Sandy was a ghost like person behind the little girl, experiencing what the little girl saw and what she felt. She was extremely scared and knew what was coming, Sandy could feel it. The women bent down a sick look in her eyes and a smile plastered on her face.
"Now, now, little Riley, don't be shy, get over here." The women says shocking Sandy or rather Riley to her core. The younger version of Riley shook her head. vigorously. Riley #1(Older version) narrowed her eyes at the lady because she recognized her as her aunt from her previous world, but how could that be? Her aunt was a nice and friendly person in her old world. Riley #1 thought to herself when suddenly the woman grabbed the younger girl by her chains which are connected to her throat and arms and pulled her forth harshly. Riley #1 rushed forward wanting to stop it but a barricade blocked her from moving, only succeeding in harming herself. The vision changed and Riley #1 found herself beside the younger version of her, the kids eyes glowed a bright green in the dim light of the torch, there was tubes and all sorts of things sticking out of her body, she was barely alive.
