I go to the food court where she is talking to a guy. I know she is flirting with him. Because she doesn't know to talk normally with guys. I run to her and glare at her angrily. "What?" She asks. "Nothing, you continue to flirt" I say as I sit beside her. "Hy, who flirt with a gross like him man" she makes an annoyed face.
I giggle. That guy gets up and glares at us and walks away. We both giggle and the small giggle turned into a great laughter. We both are laughing like a maniac in our busy food court. Everyone looks at us now and then and no one comes and asks anything. Because they know about us.
I pull her and walk out of food court. It is actually a great time of my life. After this I have to leave everyone behind and go to some unknown place and live with unknown people. The thought itself is haunting me.
"Mum prepared Maggie for both of us. Come we will eat soon." I say as I pull her along with me. "Don't pull me. I can walk on my own." She says annoyed. "Yeah I know how you will walk. You will flirt with 500 boys before crossing 5 meters." I say and chuckle.
"One day you will ask me to teach you about these flirting things. I am waiting for that day." She says and analyses me from top to bottom. "You have nice figure. Why are you wanna waste it?" She winks at me. "Shut up" I say angrily. "See, one day you will see that big d**k on your wedding night. What will you do, if you accidentally puked on it?" She says and laughed heavily.
I am so angry now. How can she talk like that. I walk fastly and go inside the classroom. This is so annoying when someone judges me based on my sex life. No it is my would be sex life. I am just 18 and one day I will learn everything. My biology tutor skipped the reproduction chapter just because she didn't want to explain that to me. What I learnt from this is that sex is a sin and no one wants to talk about it.
How can she shout in the open space about my would be sex life. She comes and sits beside me. "Sorry, I was just joking." She says sadly. I look at her. She is really sad. "Ok" I whisper. She hugs my shoulder abd smiles. "But still you should learn something you know." She winks at me as she says this.
In the evening, I reach home and complete all my work. I get my passport. I applied for it on the next day of my 18th birthday which is October 23. I got it today after months of process. So finally the first step to reach my dream is done.
I have 3 more months of school. After that 3 months of vacation. After that I will fly to London. I am excited as well as scared. Yeah, everyone feels this when they do something new.
These 3 months went to fast. I don't know why. I was so consumed with everything. My exams and all other things which need to be done before I go to London. I finished everything successfully and emailed all the documents to London University. I am waiting for there call letter and I have only 3 months to spend with my parents.
I want to enjoy as much as I want. We are planning to go to Maldives for the vacation.
In the evening, dad comes home with a present packed nicely with a red gift wrap. "What is it dad?" I ask him. "Open it and see" he says with a huge grin like it's gonna tear his face. I take the red wrap box and remove the gift wrap carefully. When I remove the red wrap there is one more pink wrap. I remove that carefully and I am dumbstruck to see what is it. I look at my father's face with wide eyes. He laughs and pats my shoulder.
"I... I... I don't need this dad" I say slowly. "Everyone needs phone Jessy. You would need one." He smiles and pats my shoulder again. I never ever thought about owning a phone. That too iPhone man. Can you imagine? I got iPhone as a gift from my dad.
I install everything in my new phone. I never had an account in social media. I create an account in Facebook and Instagram. I open what's app as well. I immediately save Grace's phone number and call her.
"Hy Grace. It's me Jessy" I say happily. "Hy Jessy. Did you lost your mom or dad in super market?" Why are you calling from unknown number?" She asks lazily. "I got new phone you dummy. I say sarcastically. "What?" She literally shouted. "I got new phone. Dad gifted me today." I say smiled. "Ask your dad if he wants one more daughter. Can you guys adopt me please?" She asks. I laugh and say, "If you want your parents to gift something, you should do something to make them proud." I say. "Ok ok, Don't start your lecture. Yeah you know what, Aaron released his new music album after his breakup. It is actually so painful. Wanna listen?" She asks enthusiastically. "Not interested" I say sarcastically.
"Please listen, just one song. I will not force you after this. Please." She asks like a kid asking for a chocolate. "Ok" I say sternly. "Ok, I will what's app you that. Ok" She says and disconnects the call. She sends me the audio in what's app. I open and stare at the title of the song for few minutes. This is named "Love song". I take my earphones and plug it. I tap the pay button and the song start with love.
