Chapter 24: Awaken part 2

Rouge opened her eyes, she was startled wildly looking around for her mother. She was surprised to see she was in a strange room surrounded by hospital equipment. She saw two strange men and two women run inside the room and they quickly started to check her vitals. One of the men introduced himself as Dr.Howard and the other one as Dr.Park, they told her that she had an accident and that she was going to be fine. Suddenly she heard a woman crying and was dumbfounded to see an older woman that looked vaguely familiar. She asked for a bit of water and after taking a few sips she tentatively called out to her, "Nana, is that you?" Kyung nodded and quickly hugged her while crying. "Yes my little one, I'm Nana. Oh I'm so sorry sweetheart. We didn't know that you were here at Grand Central city, Robert lied to us and said you were going to a boarding school overseas Please forgive us darling." Rogue was furious with her uncle, so that's why I never heard from them and here I thought they had abandoned me. "Nana, you're squeezing me a little bit too tight, " Rogue giggled. "Nana, there's nothing to forgive, I know how uncle and auntie are, they are poisonous snakes. I figured that they would do something like this but I'm happy to finally see you. Nana, where's Papa?"
