He plans to meet hawkeye also here since the only people who are better than him in swordsmanship he knows is him and shanks one whose whereabouts is not known to him other drifts from place to place.
As for Luffy he will join there crew and train them . as oda never reveals vile over world gov.t and lost history. he can be sure that behind world govt some big powers are hidden and he would need allies and who could be better than patrogenist himself.
He will join the Luffy crew and become there mentor and use his luck too as a shield to protect himself.
since how ones he shows himself to the world he would garner many eyes and he doesn't want any admirals or world govt spies after him. but with a Luffy background, he can get a good initial start as a pirate . and when the time will come he will separate from him form an alliance to overcome emperors. he knows very well that it would not be easy to take down emperors alone especially big mom and kaido who could anytime enter their honeymoon period. As for shanks and whitebeard well they could be his allies also.
well all in all he wants to invite mystery behind world govt and his all-action would be with that as his goal
As for his crew, he has a list of his own heheheh(stay tuned for it .)
he spends his days on barati while befriending Sanji and enjoying its delicious food he is no more disguised since he does not need it anymore. he feast himself of cuisines served here and flirt with girls who come to dine here. he befriends Sanji like that too.
he also told Sanji about him being from the grand line and how in the future someday he will make his own crew to and his dream to travel the whole sea.
