Kei is waking towards east after disembarking he has a clear goal i.e tropical hotel where a merchant named James quo is residing according to talk on port he is from north blue and deals with pirates, navy, and emperors in various trades
someone like him is what he needs as he could provide information a devil fruits and manuals.
As he was moving towards his destination his observation haki has covered 1km of an area in diameter to monitor for any spy on his tail.
He checks in the hotel while waiting for the right moment to contact James
using his observation haki he was observing every activity in the hotel and its surroundings.
he also started to choose targets for his pirate hunt as he needs money to deal with a merchant like James
At night he went to bar wild cherry to collect information . he also found info about James.
It seems James has come to form a business alliance with donqxuitio doflamingo . It was initiated by flamingo who wanted to use James to control the underworld.
And surprise being they both are going to auction various treasures in meeting and among them, there are three fruits two from doflamingo and one from James . also there are various manuals and treasures in auction too.
This auction is in 2 months. Kei knows that whatever is in the auction he has to get but without getting under the radar of doflamingo he can't get it since he would not allow anyone with influence gets away with there treasures hence he needs a plan.
He decided to steal auction items. if it was before he may not be able to do it without getting attention from various forces in the sea but with his new familiar white tiger he can manipulate space even store items inside its familiar body.
His familiars can change there size and blend in naturally with its element for white tiger its space.
He can easily infiltrate auction treasure room and steal them
He started planing for it. his plan consists of three steps :
- he will hide his familiar in auction site in before treasure will be placed since even observation haki is also useless on him(white tiger can blend with space )
-second, he will leave the island a day before auction with a pirate to collect bounty to fool the eyes
while his white tiger will steal treasures and hide them inside its body.
- third, his white tiger will hide all these treasures in an underwater cave in the south of mock town (white tiger can do short teleportation). and undo summoning
like that he can steal everything ass for rest he can come back to collect everything once situation comes under control
Because of his no direct involvement and visit to navy headquarter no one will doubt him as no one in the right mind will go to the navy after stealing HEHEHEHE...
while planing he said "perfect now I don't need to risk contacting someone like James "
