In the north-east of the island, there is a marine base. Kei has come here to collect bounties on jolly pirates head
Head of this base is a marine captain named gally mate after handing over pirates he waiting for there bounties after a while
A man in white navy uniform with captain hat could be seen coming towards him" hey kid are you Kei who handed over jolly pirates ?"
while nodding his head Kei said"yes captain jolly. I saw them drunk on port so I tie them up and brought for bounties " while saying this his eyes were on bounties in captains hands
Captain asks him to join the navy but he declined by replying "sir it was all luck and I don't want to take any more danger so please forgive me these bounties are enough to spend my life comfortably"
He polity declined their offer after picking his bounties he went to bar to fill his belly and buy supplies for his ship as he wanted to leave this island because he knows that the navy would monitor him due to his age and the nonsense excuse.

His target is Jaya mock town as this place is inhabited by mostly pirates he could gather info and manuals for rokushikii, haki and swordsmanship as he is self-taught without manual they may still be helpful as for info it is for devil fruits with a lot of pirates with bounties as he needs money if he wants to buy them
also because of lawlessness of there navy is less likely to be active there
He has acquired log pose to Jaya already and some clothes to disguise himself as he doesn't want to get under anyone's radar yet he disguised himself as a middle-aged man with grey beard and mustache with hairs tied in pony
He bought some swords as he don't have any proper weapon
He wore weighted vest and armguards which weigh about 5tons to improve his body
He also gets his hands on some books which can be used to recognized devil fruits and his luck the devil fruit he gets at the island is mythical zoan fruit Neko Neko no mi model: white tiger which can tear space. I have decided to use it as my first familiar just I need something for preparation
