Next Morning,

Kei wakes up from sleep . after washing his body he fed himself some berries and start planning his training

[since my second and third wish allows me fast growth and great survivability I should plan my training around them .]

he organizes his training in steps

[first: mental training which starts in early morning with 1/2 hour meditation. then break to fill hunger(for learning observation haki I future)

second: physical training for 3hours containing. yoga and taichi with 100 pushups, situps, 10 km jog for dense and flexible muscle.

third: sword training which is to practice all basic sword stances 1000 times ]

In between these steps he kept 1/2 hour for a break for food he spends the rest of the time for physical training. due to rapid growth cheat his each training was 10 times more effective.

he plans to double his training every month as his body would get used to it pretty fast . he plans to follow this regime for now

His immunity from all negatives effects even overtraining would not harm him. Also, his familiar power is dependent on his physical body.

In his previous life, he trains in multiple martial arts to fulfill his craving for adventure

He decided to do basic stretching, pushups, running and gymnastics and yoga routines for a flexible and strong body. he doesn't want bulky muscle which would affect his mobility.

At the start, he got dead tired fast but because of his gift and body created by god it was perfect and has immense potential it started to show after his training session as he was able to recover his stamina very fast and with such intense training still his body don't show any signs of any injury

He also was able to enter the state of deep meditation naturally because of the powerful soul that he has due to his previous life.

his meditation helps in improving and sharpening his mind and senses. due to his powerful soul and will, he showed extreme concentration . after a year he started showing signs of awakening observation haki which surprises him

for the first year, he continues this routine and lives on the beach. he ate wild fruits and animals who got trapped in his traps laid on forest outskirts. for water he used from pond in outskirt of forest

In the second year, he added fighting the beast in his routine to gain experience also for powerful beast meat since with training his appetite also increases.

He started hunting small and weak animal on outer layer of forest at the start he was pretty distressed as animals on the island were very cunning and adapt in surviving yes even weakest ones but as they say human is a very adapting life form he started to absorb beast actions and learn their hunting methods

Even though he learns various martial arts but he has zero practical experience, therefore, he decided to spend 2 hr daily in the wild to make that up

yoga and gymnastics helps in shaping flexible and resilient muscle. both of them help develop pink muscles which have both explosive strength and stamina

his physic natural immunity allows him to experiment with various methods of training which are possible in only animes.

He is using every method to abuse his immunities, healing factor to gain maximum benefits

his desire for strength and freedom to roam one piece world is all he seeks.
