Chapter 43: Chapter 77/78:
The next day Izuku, I was awake at 3 am while looking at the moon.
His plans began to enter the final stretch.

All the other students were concerned only with the effectiveness of the equipment, or about how the style of the costume would be.
But Mei was working at his own pace.
She was focusing on the combat style that these heroes used, and taking ideas she had already created, and adding some other new ideas to make sure they were completely adjusted.
Mei didn't want to create the most beautiful costume or show more of her outfit.
She wanted to create the most effective costume.
Seeing her Izuku smiled and waited.
He spent the next 24 hours with the teachers, who constantly had to change clothes and try on new equipment.
After 24 hours, Izuku ended the contest, and just as he expected Hatsume Mei was the one who won.
It was already obvious that she would win because unlike the others, she focused on the most useful for the user.
Seeing that she won Izuku approached and said:
[Congratulations, Hatsume-San, you will be a great inventor one day]. (Izuku).
Listening to Izuku, Mei had a huge smile on his face and blushed really hard.
