Chapter 3: Chapter 2
"Young Midoriya are you fine now?" All Might said now in skinny form.
"Yes, I'm sorry I worried you" Izuku apologize to Toshinori for the one hundredth time.
"That's ok but what do you say. Will you be my successor?" Toshinori asked.
"Yes"
"Good, I like your decisiveness" Toshinori said "tomorrow I want you to meet me at Dagobah Municipal Beach Park to train, I'll see you at 6 am" All Might said as he left in Muscle form, leaving Izuku in disbelief.

"How was your day" Hisashi asked Izuku.
"Oh... it was fine I guess" Izuku said not wanting to worry his mother.
"I've actually decided that I should start training to get into U.A" Izuku said.
"That's good but I hope your not ignoring your studies" Inko said even now worrying about Izuku.
"So how was your work Dad?" question Izuku.
"It's going well and I'm up for a raise but I'm honestly getting more and more tired lately" Hisashi said.
"It'll be ok Hisashi, once Izuku gets into U.A you probably won't need to work as hard. You might even be able to come back to live in Japan again" Inko said.
"That's great Dad" then Izuku said "but I should probably go to sleep now because I'm waking up early for training tomorrow".
"That fine Izuku just put your dishes in the sink" Inko said. As Hisashi walked to the living room to watch TV all he could think was 'would I really move back to Japan?'.
Turning on the TV the news was on and then Inko walked in to see a green-haired boy rush towards a villain.
"IZUKU" Inko shouted. (1)

"All Might" Izuku shouted.
"Young Midoriya I'm glad you here but I would prefer it if you wouldn't be so loud" Toshinori said, clearly meaning not to shout 'All Might' every time he saw him.
"I'm so sorry... Mr Yagi?" (2) Izuku said hesitantly.
"Thank you. Now to business, I would like you to first tell me your quirk's abilities. Yesterday I noticed that you were able to somehow tear the sludge villain but you also have wings" Toshinori asked.
"Oh, uh you see my quirk isn't actually Wings but my quirk Hyper Adaptation, lets me adapt to anything even quirks, well not Mutant but Transformation and Emitter, the quirk doctor said something about I can't permanently adapt so Mutant quirks are off limits" Izuku stated.
"So... you can adapt to ANYTHING and copy quirks" Toshinori said in disbelief.
"Not copy quirks but the effects as long as I have a sample of a person's DNA" Izuku said still not understanding All Might's disbelief. 'if he can adapt to anything physical training might not be necessary' Toshinori thought to himself.
"Do you have some sort of Regeneration quirk" Toshinori asked.
"No but I do heal a little faster than normal... my Mum wouldn't let be build up my regen" Izuku said sheepishly.
Toshinori blanked.
Regen.
The first villain he ever had to kill.
At the time he didn't know. He had thought he had just beaten him till he knocked out. But here was a kid with a stronger, faster but still exactly the same quirk.
"Do you have any relations to a villain named Regen" All Might said, almost in a threatening way. (3)

"Dad, who is Regen" Izuku asked.
"What. Where did you hear that" Hisashi said.
"Online, he had a similar quirk to mine and I was just wondering" Izuku said unsure. He had never seen his father so... upset about something.
"... he was a villain" and so Hisashi told his 'son' about his 'unconventional' birth and how he was Inko's not Hisashi (4).
"No matter what or how YOU are my father and not anyone else" Izuku said with such conviction Hisashi almost cried. (5)

"So your saying that your Regen's not-son son?" Toshinori said confused.
"No... ok yes but I honestly had no idea until yesterday" Izuku admitted.
The pair had met at Dagobah Beach and Izuku had started to clean the beach -it's not that he needed to with his quirk and all but All Might decided to use the opportunity as a judge of character-.
"Izuku... how many quirks do you have?" Toshinori asked.
"Not quirks effects" Izuku corrected the blonde hero.
"Effects then" Toshinori said exasperated.
"Nine (6). They are;
Dragon Wings
Attraction
Impact absorption
Blank Mind
Spring Legs
Rhythm
Aroma
Distort
Tangled" Izuku said.
"You said you get the effects of quirks by adapting to a person's DNA so how did you get your quirks" Toshinori asked curiously.
"My quirk doctor also had a license in blood transfusions and because my quirk is a Mutant type quirk my blood will adapt to anyone and so when he get me to help he like to give me blood to copy their quirks... It completely legal" Izuku added when he noticed All Might's face. The day continued for the hero and the hero in training, the pair talked about All Might's past fights and heroics. The what-to-do in different situations and how Izuku could train Hyper Adaptation, although All Might acknowledge that pain and healing training would be vital as a hero he wouldn't let Izuku train his quirk in such 'barbaric' ways. Leaving them in an impasse they discussed how Izuku could train the other quirks, Izuku then told All Might how he trained Attraction which was his Mum's quirk and how he could use it to move a car but she had trouble moving action figures and books. This impressed Toshinori and he was excited about how Izuku would use One for All in the future.

After four months -less then half All Might thought it would take- Izuku Midoriya had finished cleaning Dagobah Beach and so,
"Izuku Midoriya you have finished cleaning the beach so I will now give you One for All" All Might said.
"NOW EAT THIS" (7)

(1) so like I said last chapter -although more about Hisashi- the Midoriyas have a unique family bond with;
- Hisashi weirdly not knowing how to act around Izuku.
-Inko always worrying but Izuku who LITERALLY -or almost... not too far off-
unbeatable (also Inko never gained weight).
-and Izuku not nervous or insecure about being quirkless.
So this paragraph was pretty hard to write honestly with all the characters who are similar to cannon but well not.
(2) Honestly not sure what 'Mr' is so I will just leave that until later, this also shows how All Might is careful about Izuku with what happens next.
(3) So a little after All Might said this to Izuku -who didn't know anything- he left to find out what was what, leaving Izuku confused so he asked his Dad about Regen.
(4)Me being too lazy to write a shorter version of the first chapter and a half.
(5) So say goodbye to Hisashi as I'm going to be doing U.A stuff now.
(6) Yes that is a nod to the new mha movie.
(7) Next chapter will be Izuku learning how to use One for All and maybe the practical part of the exam to get into U.A.
Izuku's Quirk's Effects:
Hyper Adaptation;Mutant- the ability to adapt to anything whenever the user chooses
(e.g. being able to tear the sludge villain) and Passively adapts to something for long periods of time (the weather/ heat or cold).
Also allows the user to copy Transformation and Emitter type quirk but not Mutant by having that DNA absorbed.
Dragon Wings;Transformation - user able to rapidly grow green dragon wings which do not need to be flap to lift off (Carry weight unknown).
Attraction;Emitter - the ability to telekinetically attract objects to the user by manipulating the gravity of said object.
(Inko's quirk but Izuku trained it to be a lot more powerful)
Impact Resistance;Emitter - when activated the user becomes immune to impacts. Only works for 30 minutes, if used for longer than 30 minutes the user experiences extreme headaches that causes them to go unconscious afterwards for triple the amount of time past 30 minutes used. (Thanks to The_Inheritor for the 'effect')
Blank Mind;Emitter - activates when you touch a person and their mind blanks.
(pretty much makes a person have to stop for a minute or so for them to remember what their doing)
Spring Legs;Transformation - turn the user's legs into a spring which can be used to launch themselves away. (They would coil their springs -legs- and then get launched)
Rhythm;Emitter - user can never lose the rhythm of music.
Aroma;Transformation - the user can identify every ingredient of a dish(food).
Distort;Emitter - the user can change others perception of them.
Tangled;Transformation - the user is able to tangle their limbs by turning their bones (and only bones) to a jelly like substance.
