2)intermediate tier pokemon = as dangerous as a tiger or lion of his previous life .out of every 100 novice 1 intermediate tier emerges

4)king tier pokemon = could destroy a small town, a controller of a small area If in wild & have a middle level control of it's own element .out of every 100 advanced tier only 1 king tier emerges . [ level 31 to 40 ]Max potential of (Green) potential pokemon
5)quasi elite tier pokemon = could destroy a large city . a moving natural disaster if provoked. controls multiple areas if it is a wild . advanced level control of it's own element .out of every 100 king tier only 1 quasi elite tier emerges .
[ level 41 to 60 ]Max potential of (Azure) potential pokemon
6)Elite tier pokemon = could destroy a whole clusteer of cities if provoked. seldomly found in wild . every pokemon of this tier under a trainer or in wild will always be under monitoring after there discovery . they are the master of their elements and extremely love lived.
[ level 61 to 75 ]Max potential of (Blue) potential pokemon
7) champion pokemons = transcended almost immortal powerful being massively capable of harming large area if provoked. they are the grandmaster of their elements and extremely love lived.[ level 76 to 100 ]Max potential of (Silver) potential pokemon
8) legendary pokemons = transcended immortal powerful being massively capable of harming region if provoked. worshipped as God by some . [ level 100+ ]Max potential of (violet+) potential pokemon
[quasi -> light -> normal -> deep ]
due to all this factor plus after everytime beldums merges into a single metangs the potential increases likewise when metangs merges into metagross its potential increases.....
heck pokemon have a increase in their potential after evolution but metagross lineage gets more due to its merger factor ....

[Few months later]
tan could be seen meditating while both the beldums were training....
each of them learned the last move available to them ...so now under tan's order they are training their psychic powers & controls together with tan meditating besides them to learn & get used to their psychic powers...
aka tan trying to become psychic....
based on his research psychic humans are just mentally strong people who due to constantly using psychic pokemons .....besides some expectations like natural born psychics from psychic lineage.
considering all the resources available to him most like his link with stone clan , his villa estate , few million pokedollars at reserve & its extension and his brains .....
well only way for him to bulldoze through ranks to become a powerfull EX class being is psychic , dragon, water , steel and fairy types as main focus & rest being extensions...
besides another problem he started to face problems was not being able to acquire any more knowledge via internet due to his lack of permissions ,
which left him with only few options,
1) exposing his scientific genius to clan .....which will pretty much lead to his lack of freedom *shuddering*
2) Apply for being any researcher's apprentice or going to 10 year or 12 year long pokemon private school...which is also a pretty big no.
3)Simply Hacking ? ... it will land him in mess in almost no time as his skills in hacking sucks
4th and final option left is to just go and give basic breeder exam in mossdeep breeder association ...which will barely keep him low key under rader as the youngest basic breeder was 5 years old....8 year old is pretty much common talent level ....
well with all things considered he took the best decision and ta-da he is now a basic class breeder aka he is now a class D citizen of pokemon league meaning more excess to pokenet ...
Well he is pretty much left to his own device ....
so without any restraints he his doing all sorts of maniac experiments .....
with most normal one being using a dead body of a kingdra bought from underworld black market to make some draconic natured bio-metals ...Bio-metals one of his greatest inventions in few years using all sorts of knowledge from his present & past life ...
and the metal he was using were all light metals or alloys with various top class metals ....
he went as far as using things like diamond powders , claw powders of various powerful psychic pokemons etc ....
it almost lead to expansion of the the beldums but unders strict orders both compressed their bodies ...leading to more both beldums in normal size but more bluish with draconic lusters to them if observed carefully....
aka both were gradually started to get super stronger ...leveling up till both were now 12 .....
yep , tan got his first ever power ups from both pokemons during their level ups & rank up ....
due to both being raised up in steel type regime mainly with psychic type & dragon type style as secondary effector...even tan was starting to few the evolution of himself ...though extremely little but he felt more stronger and flexible & his brain power & talent also had minor upgrades ...
which lead him to accomplish his more maniac experiments like killing lots of pokemons of same species to compress them into few genetic supplements for that species of pokemon with using lots of additional materials...
he was using it on a nest of feebas & slowpokes he bought from underworld at extremely cheap price .....as the ways to upgrade them into milotic & slowking is still secret & undiscovered.....well the sootopilis gym lineage knows how to evolve a milotic but it's their secret ...not that tan is unhappy as he got both nests at extreme low price .....
besides around 10 pokemon from each nests he pretty much used the rest of the part of nest as experiment materials...
the 10 feebas & 10 slowpokes with highest talents from the nest were released into the small lake at the back of his villa state .....it was perfect home for both as slowpokes now loiter around in the lake and shares few caves in the back hills as their home with the ryhorn herd ...the miltank herd lived at the barn & well feebas lived at the lake...
