Chapter 7: The Lie Of Forgiveness

Nausea greets me as I awaken from my dreamscape finding that I've had a more original dream then the last, as in, Tsuki hadn't joined me. My arm had been rebandaged by Mrs.Harbord and my wound had been retreated and the bruise as well, but admitting what had happened to her was indeed a long conversation, and a lot of convincing but I managed to convince her. She told me she was grabbing Liddy and Adelina, as Tsuki had went upstairs to grab me something to eat since I had barely eaten all day (She questioned me about it…). "NICK!!! I'M SO SORRY, CAN YOU FIND IT YOUR HEART TO FORGIVE ME!" Liddy sobs as she rushes towards me carefully avoiding my injuries as she grips me tightly in her arms, a complete opposite to Adelina as she shifts awkwardly in the corner of the room. It's kinda cute how she can't put her emotions into actions rather than words. "A-are you ok Nick?" "I'm Alright now, although I've been better." I slowly but steadily get up from the bed, Just as I get up Tsuki waltzes into the room nose high up in the air, a displeased aura to her. It looks like she brought me an attempt at making a sandwich. "I-I couldn't concentrate… There was this weird dude outside who was sneaking through the yard." We all look at her in shock. "Weren't you arguing with a guy this morning claiming he was stalking Liddy." Adelina says nervously. I nod turning pale. Soon enough we've dashed out the door up the stairs and into the yard finding Vick as we had predicted wandering curiously across the yard. I slam the door open rushing out fury in my pace. "I THOUGHT THIS MORNING WOULD'VE SCARED YOU OFF!" He spins around in shock with an extremely pale tone to his skin, just how I want him. Before I can reach him though, Tsuki runs past me tackling Vick as soon as she can get her hands him "STUPID FREAKING STALKER!" She yells as if Vick had insulted her ancestors. Me and the rest of group halt as a dark aura surrounds Tsuki and Vick. "What the hell gave you the audacity to come here."she says menacingly. "I think I'd know" I reply with the very same ferocity in my tone. "C-Chill I just fell from the tree." I can see everyone staring at Vick with a "God your so stupid" face. "We're taking you home." I say promptly. "You weren't like this before what happened to your no face." He questions me with, for a moment I don't know how to reply, seeing how I was acting a bit strangely this morning, even for my own standards. But before I actually Can say anything Adelina replies "Look around you, your in a stranger's home, threatening their friend, being pinned down by another, I find your arrogance quite confusing in your situation." Her tone is sharp and eyes are darker shade of hazel than I remember them to be. "You're coming with us…" Liddy says, even though I can tell she has know idea what's going on at all. Tsuki then proceeds to lift Vick up and CARRY HIM onto The diving board. "You are going to explain to me why you're here, and pledge that you'll leave right away!" Tsuki growls. I notice that the diving board seems to be, squeaking with all of the weight. "Y-you guys should come down now, the diving board-" I'm cut off by Liddy, as she sighs and begins to speak "I'll go get them." She then proceeds to climb the diving board not heading my warnings. The diving board continues to crack, and I can't help myself as I climb the board in an attempt to bring them down along with Liddy, Adelina continues watching us like it's a movie, her complection tells me she's better than before. "I just feel out of the tree I swear!". "OH MY!... WHY WERE YOU IN THE TREE!" Me and Liddy attempt to pull them towards the ladder but as soon as I grab Vick in his very. Unsuccessful attempt of escapism, the diving board makes its last crack.
