Harry woke up feeling a pain in his head as memories synced up. Harry started feeling his forehead feeling around for his scar, once found Harry looked around the room and saw his mother Lily Potter on the floor, harry felt a pain in his chest at the sight and started crying. Harry suddenly hears a noise and sees someone coming.
"Padfod" Harry Screamed reaching his arms to Sirius.
"Harry you're ok" Sirius said crying
"Padfod Mommy gone," Harry said crying, harry then winces "Padfod I hurt," Harry said rubbing his head. Sirius moves Harry's hand looking at the scar. "Padfod Rat bad," Harry said wanting to remind Sirius. Harry hears another noise coming towards them. Sirius turns to the sound with his wand at the ready until he sees its Hagrid.
"Hagrid what are you doing here," Sirius asked while putting his wand down.
"Professor Dumbledore sent me to get harry when he felt the wards go down," Hagrid said walking closer and reaching for harry. Sirius looks at harry, while harry clutches Sirius closer to himself.
"No... Harry stays with me" Sirius said." I promised James and lily that if anything happened to them I would look after harry."
"But Professor Dumbledore"
"I don't care. I am going to the ministry now to let them know everything." Sirius left the house for the ministry.

"I need to see the minster," Sirius said. After waiting for a couple of minutes the head of the ministry came along with the head of the auroras and Dumbledore.
"Sirius Black how could you" A Shout from behind Sirius and harry.
"Remus what do you mean," Sirius asked.
"How could you betray James and Lily," Remus said Panting with his wolf close to the surface.
"How dare you accuse me of betraying James and Lily, I wasn't the secret keeper, peter was because we thought I would be their first choice and we were right I have been dodging attacks for weeks" Sirius shouts at Remus with a furious look on his face.
"Gentlemen let's take this to my office," the head of the auroras department said before walking to the elevator and gesturing everyone to follow him. They arrive at his office.
"Now Mr Black tells us what you saw," The Minster said and when Dumbledore wanted to say something the minster held a hand up to silence him.
"I was coming to check up on James and Lily as I usually do every week or so, to make sure everything was fine and to see if they needed anything. But when I got there I saw the front door had been blasted open, I rushed in with my wand drawn but after taking a step in the doorway I saw James lying there on the floor with his eyes opened and I knew he was dead. I held my tears in looking for Lily and harry when I heard harry crying. I rushed up the stair to his room and saw Harry in his crib I looked around the room and saw lily on the floor dead. I grabbed harry, that's when Hagrid showed up. Then I came here" Sirius said while silent tears streaked down his face. Sirius felt a hand on his face, he looked down to see harry crying as well.
"Padfod hurt," Harry said hold Sirius tightly.
"I'll be fine harrying," Sirius said holding harry and wiping his tears away. Everyone had a sad expression on their face.
"I'll arrange for Peter Petagreiw's Arrest, though I'll have to ask for the memories of the discussion of the secret keeper and when peter accepted." The head of the auroras department said then summoned two auroras and gives them instructions. Harry tries to be as quiet as possible trying to understand why the plot had changed. 'Was my Reincarnation already affecting the original plot' Harry thought.
"Sirius my boy you should give harry to me, I'm going to take him to lily's sister," Dumbledore said looking at Sirius and Harry.
"NO" Sirius shouts "As much as I want to go after peter, I swore to James and lily that as his godfather I would look after him."
"Sirius you know they will be after him now that Voldermort is gone. He will be safer with lily's sister under a blood ward" Dumbledore said trying to sound reasonable.
"Dumbledore I am Harry's legal Guardian and His Godfather by Blood and by magic," Sirius said starting to get angry at Dumbledore.
"Sirius "'Sigh'" I understand but he isn't allowed to know about magic until he studies at Hogwarts," Dumbledore said giving up. Sirius nods his head.
"Then I'll leave him in your hands for now," Dumbledore said, Sirius Then left the Ministry for his house.
