Calm tides, crystal clear seas and a picturesque view of Old Jianghu's sea port greeted the morning of Wei Yue, MoXiao, LanRong and BeiYin. It is the first time that BeiYin actually laid sight on Old Jianghu and judging from her reactions, her expectations had been exceeded.
Two escort caravans were already waiting for them at the entrance of the port. YingLuo greeted MoXiao as he had arrived and gave good old laugh and talks just like how they always talk way back. FeiXian did not like uninvited guests and immediately approached Wei Yue who was already getting inside the first carriage.
BeiYin was on the second carriage and FeiXian gave a skeptical look.
"Your highness... Who is that woman?"
"She's my grandmother. The Empress dowager of Water Country (Shui Guo).
"R—really?" FeiXian gasped in disbelief. He saw her not hardly aging at all. FeiXian then started to doubt his eyes and rubbed his hands thoroughly.
"FeiXian... My grandmother is a half-immortal like me. But her divine prowess is far more superior than mine."
"T—That's impossible your highness! I've never known who have much divine prowess than you…"
"Well… Now you know my grandmother. I'll introduce her over dinner. Make sure you'll call everyone.Oh, I forgot… Is XuanZheng and Lu Jie in the kingdom?"
"XuanZheng is not in the kingdom. She went in search for answers."
"Answers to?"
"The divine weapon that she possessed and how it came to her. It seems like she wanted to get rid of it's corruption."

Slowly swallowing the light, darkness enveloped the sky like an apex predator gradually sinking it's prey into it's stomach. Jin Ren's ears raised upward and caught a presence coming from the Jade Phoenix's kingdom. His divine prowess wasn't completely gone, it was shut deep because be was banished. But in his condition, he did not act helpless, being a Xuan Lang, he can use his abilities like seeing from far away or giving a strong howl that wards off enemies.
Using his divine prowess left, he focused and saw Wei Yue holding an ancient scripture. His eyes grew wide at what he saw.
'That scroll! The elder immortals… They haven't destroyed it. Why?'
Thinking more deeply, his chest ached for no reason and he fell on the floor in pain. QingHai noticed this and immediately attended to Jin Ren.
"Jin Ren… Is something wrong?"
"No. I am just tired."

A banquet was set up to honor Wei Yue and his distinguished guest. The feast was prepared and as the the light of day turned into night, the banquet had then started. MoXiao and LanRong isn't present inside the banquet so only FeiXian, YingLuo, Wei Yue and BeiYin attended.
Standing from his seat, Wei Yue offered a toast to BeiYin to welcome her on his kingdom.
"I give this toast to my Grandmother. Welcome to the Kingdom of the Jade Phoenix."
BeiYin responded with a nod and smiled at YingLuo and FeiXian. Her beauty was like a spring meeting winter. She gives off a motherly aura which YingLuo thought was the same to her mother XuanWu. FeiXian's left eye teared up for no reason as he looked at BeiYin. He had thought about his mother and how cruel his father had been to her and to RuoMin in the past.
BeiYin saw the tear that fell from FeiXian's eye and asked the young lad...
"Young lad, why do you feel agony? Am I giving you discomfort?"
"N—No your highness. It's just that… I remembered a memory about my mother and my past. I'm sorry to have startled you."
"It's alright. I don't mind."
They all chatted happily during the banquet and once the feast were through, YingLuo and FeiXian were the first one to leave. Wei Yue and BeiYin remained alone and afterwards, he led her to a secret chamber together with Lu Jie.
"Grandmother. Lu Jie here is a half-immortal and half-demon. She can lead you to a portal through the dark realm."
"A half-immortal half-demon you say? Alright. Now, tell me what I'm going to do once I arrive there."
"It's easy grandmother. Open the scroll and once you see the Wave of the Nether come forth, read the words on the scroll."
"I—I don't know how to read words fast."

Lu Jie then helped BeiYin dip her feet on a basin of water. When she saw that BeiYin was ready, Lu Jie nodded her head signalling BeiYin to transfer her soul siphon on her and conjured a portal large enough for only BeiYin to fit.
As the portal opened, BeiYin closed her eyes. She felt like drifting into a void where she couldn't hear, feel or touch anything. As she opened her eyes, she was already on the Dark Realm. She was transported already at TaoYan city and saw demons coming at her. Seeing the demons, she fled barefoot and ran to the inner fortress of the Demon Lord's palace. She saw bright green fogs devouring the demons that chased her and thought about the scroll.
As she opened it, a bright blue light shone upon the city. XueCao noticed the light from far away and immediately instructed demons to find the one who made the light.
With calm mind, precise eye fixation and word to speech coordination, She then read the words written inside the scroll fast and with force.
Jiu Gi Ni Ddo Xi Bei Xiang Guai Hong Sui Tan Hui zi wei yun pei guai xi ddo sui tan jiu guai er qi tai cao ren jiu ze yun yang
The scroll from her hand then emitted a huge green wave of clouds which suppressed the clouds that was going to devour the whole dark realm.
Seeing this, Xue Cao could not contain his anger and commanded QiuShan Li to shoot BeiYin with an arrow.
"My pleasure." QiuShan Li stretched the arrow loaded on the bow and released it.
The flying arrow flew across and was about to hit the unsupecting BeiYin when, a large hand caught the arrow and broke it in two.
BeiYin turned around and saw a man with long black hair and red eyes staring directly at her with a confused look on his eyes.
"You saved me…"
"Yes and who are you?"
"I am LiuFang BeiYin…"
"B—BeiYin… BeiYin!"
The man hugged BeiYin with an embrace full of longing and love. RuoMin saw them from far away and happily smiled seeing them both reunite from such a long time.
'I guess the mind may forget but the heart always remembers.'
