While looking outside, naisip ko bigla 'yung sinabi ni Elaine sa akin during lunch.
"ah Kuya Edmundo"
"bakit po ma'am?"
"do you have some idea kung ano ang pwedeng ibigay as a birthday gift?"
"birthday gift? sino po ba ang bibigyan niyo?"
"hmm...actually, I consider him as one of the most important person in my life"
"ahem...ang swerte naman po ng taong iyon ma'am. Anyway, for me? mababaw lang naman talaga ang guys na kagaya ko eh so, I'll prefer a watch" him.
"watch? why watch?" ask ko sa kanya.
I've waited for his answer but hindi na niya ako sinagot. But his idea for that kind of gift is okay kasi I remember rin na someone robbed Nathan's watch. So maybe, magugustuhan niya ang gift kong iyon.
"ah...daan po muna tayo sa jewelry shop Kuya Edmundo"

15 minutes later, Kuya Edmundo parked the car na and the rain is still heavy this time kaya nagmadali kaming pumasok ng shop with our umbrellas.

"we have Ballon Bleu de Cartier" ipinakita niya sa akin ang silver watch na medyo unique din ang style.

"we have a 20% discount ma'am so its affordable na, it only costs Php 200,000." she said.
"okay, not bad. How about ito po?"
Itinuro ko 'yung watch na may black strap tapos silver steel and octagon shaped ang case nito.
"this is Audemars Piguet Royal Oak offshore, isa ito sa favorite bilhin ng mga celebrities and even models dito ma'am. If you'll choose to buy this, we will offer you a 25% discount" she said.
"really? how much is it?"
"it costs Php 963, 500 but since may discount po, we will sell it to you for only Php 722, 625. And to let you know ma'am, if this is for someone so special to you, we will assure you that he would love it because what's more special than its cost is your effort in visiting Luxere Shop! At maswerte po kayo kasi ito na po ang last stock namin which means saving the best for the last" her while smiling.

"okay, I think I'll choose it"
Kasi maganda naman din kasi ang watch..I like its style, worth it naman sa price so maybe Nathan will love it.
"ah, para sa boyfriend nyo po ba ito ma'am?" medyo curious n'yang tanong.
I just nodded.

"awh..you're so sweet ma'am, sige po, you can sit on the couch na while processing your payment"
"ah yes, Kuya Edmundo...di ba may dala po kayong check dyan? akin na and I'll sign it"
I have my own bank account din kasi so I can buy whatever I wanted. May in-charge din naman kasi si dad sa pagmomonitor ng expenses ko so that he can replenish it kapag paubos na ang money. Then Kuya Edmundo gets the brief case then ibinigay nya sa akin yung check. After ng lahat, I gave it to their cashier.
We've waited for almost 30 minutes para sa verification and payment processing.
"thank you ma'am! please come again anytime!" them.
I just smiled at lumabas na. This time, medyo humina na ang ulan kaya nakauwi naman kami sa bahay ng maayos.
