Sera's mouth was hanging open because of Jacks sudden appearance. Not to mention the sentence he uttered when He appeared 'I made that specifically for Miss Sera.' Why would he make her special coffee? Sensing everyone's questions Jack elaborated, "Miss Sera drank quite a bit last night and I knew she would need something to help the hangover. This is a special hybrid potion. I've perfected it over the years. I first developed it when I started drinking and got my first bad hangover. I could teach you how to make it." Sera stood there contemplating whether or not she should accept his offer. Jack was extremely handsome just like Lucien, but he was gentler and more sensitive.
"She would love to learn from you as she hasn't even learned the basics." Dimitri spoke for Sera in an assertive tone. Now it was Jack's turn to look surprised and contemplative. He had no idea she was so new at witchcraft. 'Didn't she just put up a master level shield last night? Does this mean she's a natural witch?' Before he could think further he was interrupted by Sera, "I would love to learn from you, you seem to be knowledgeable and your morals seem to be intact." He could teach her and the sooner he did the better. Not to mention he would then get the chance to really challenge her abilities. "Alright lets start now." Jack gestured toward the greenhouse.
Once in the greenhouse he turned to Sera, "Could you take a guess as to which herbs I used?" She gulped cause this was a first for her. She didn't even know what was what. Slowly she started moving through the plants when her senses picked up on a feeling that wouldn't let her go. She stopped right in front of one oddly colored bunch of herbs. "I feel like this is one of them" she stated. He nodded. Noting how she closed her eyes and let her natural senses take over. Her instincts were on point and this excited Jack. For one he had never had a student with such abilities. Secondly, she was gorgeous and naturally adept. They continued until she had succeeded in picking out the herbs. He then went through the names, characteristics, and uses of each herb.
They had been so enthralled in their studies that they didn't notice Lucien off in the corner sneering at them. He was aggravated that Jack was teaching her and wanted to interrupt, but her skills caught him off guard. She really is a natural witch. He then became excited and lost the sneer on his face. Actually Jack wasn't a bad teacher, but Lucien was wanting to skip the basics and get her into the meat of the lessons. Just then Lucien formulated a plan: let jack teach her the basics then step in for the important parts or the meat. While Lucien was contemplating Jack and Sera were completely divulged in the current lesson about plants.

"How do you think the lessons are going? It's been a few weeks that both men have been teaching Sera." Luna eagerly asked her husband. Dimitri seemed to be completely lost in thought and probably didn't hear his wife question. Mindlessly he answered. "Good. Good, do that then." Seeing that her husband was deep in thought she decided to start trouble and poke him in the ribs. "Woman! Why did you do that?" He laughed as the spot she poked was his tickle spot. "You didn't hear my question. How do you think Sera is coming along?" She chided him with the repeat of her question.
"Oh. Sorry, I was actually thinking of that. With both men teaching her she is making leaps and bounds with her studies. I believe she will be a level 7 by the end of the week." Luna's eyes got big at his answer. "She has only been studying 3 full weeks. That's incredible" She beamed. So much had happened in those few weeks. Lucien made an announcement the day after the party, that his brother and himself would teach Sera to level 10 then Sera could choose her teacher from there on out. The level system was fairly simple: 1 to 5 was basic, 5 to 10 was intermediate, and 10 and up was master.
After the announcement the house was always busy since both brothers moved into the guest rooms. Not long after they moved in, Lucien with drew the engagement with this statement "I would like to win her hand naturally as opposed to being forced." Sera was naturally relieved as she wasn't ready to marry anyone. Let alone some stranger that made her feel so many mixed emotions.
