Chapter 14

Once we had finally snapped Mike back to his senses I wonder back into aces dorm and curl up on the bed since we can't leave the dorms as classes end in 2 hours and if we are caught we'll be up to our necks with homework for the professors who don't take missing class lightly. I wake up about an hour after curling up to find myself being cradled by ace on the sofa with Mike sleeping on the floor next to the kotatsu table futon set in front of the tv. As I try to stand up, ace unconsciously grabs my waist and cuddles me while still being fast asleep. So I give up struggling to break free of his grasp and nuzzle my head in his chest to fall asleep. Next thing I know I'm awake again but this time I'm on the bed but ace and mike are no where in the dorm. Then the sudden realisation of voices outside the door half reassure and half terrify me as I now know there's people here but it doesn't saond like ace or Mike. I get up off the bed my body stiff from sleeping in a weird position and shuffle my way to the door of the dorm to see who is outside but when I look there is no one outside of aces dorm but outside of mine! I rush out the door to see why the person is now half screaming at who evers in my doorway, and to my surprise is my cousin layla screaming at a confused and not caring ace who has some of my clothes and some essentials from my apartment in his arms. I yell at the top of my lungs to allow them both to hear me over laylas screechy voice, once they have quit their bickering I turn to ace and ask him why he has some of my stuff and he responds with " well I thought since you were asleep you'd probably want to take a shower and change out of my hoodie when you woke up as Im fine with you staying the night", shocked, confused and half relieved I say OK and then turn to layla who shouldnt be in Japan as she was ment to be in America on tour. Then she replies with what I really hoped wasn't the case...
