Ning Yongrui did not say anything but looked at Ning Zhaofeng sternly.

Ning Zhaofeng ignored his two brothers. "Father, why do you prevent us from taking the herbs for my wife?" He demanded an explanation from his father.

Before Ning Yongrui could answer, Ning Chen answered on his father's behalf. 

"Zhaofeng, you should not be angry at Father. You should think about the reason why Father did not allow you to take the herbs for your wife." Ning Chen said.

"What do you mean by that?" Ning Zhaofeng frowned. 

"Zhaofeng, you should understand that the herbs should be used for another purpose. Even so, if you used the herbs for your wife, the result would be the same." Ning Donghai made a small laugh.
