Well, actually the boat was the table for the restaurant. The concept was like this. The customer would order the food on the land. Then, they would get into the boat. While waiting for the food to be ready, the customer could enjoy the view. 

The food would be sent straight to their boat once they were ready. No need for them to go back and take the food by themselves. It was a unique way to serve food to the customer.
