Leo had asked for Alex to be forced back into the country, claiming it's time he started living his life as his nephew.

Alex asked if Leo was not scared that he might want revenge for getting Jerry locked in a psychiatric hospital and made him receive dose meant for an insane person, till he really did lost his mind completely, because when the boy claimed that he wished to see for himself, what has befall Jerry, Leo didn't hide it.

He took him there and the man was blank. He was peeling the paint on the wall of his ward with his fingers and even when they stepped in, he looked at them with cute innocent eyes like he was reborn.

His life took a whole different turn, which was why Alex asked if Leo was not worried that he might try to do something, since Jerry is still his father anyway.
