"Selfish?" Clara asked, looking into his eyes. She was confused by his word.

"Yes. The way you acted just now, it's like you want her to just forget everything that happened and accept you immediately, darling. Things are not done like that. She almost became a murderer and slept with a demon.

It will be hard for her to get over it in one sitting." Leo explained, knowing that if she tries too hard in just a day, Sonya would only feel more angry at her.

The girl must be craving a breathing space.

"What should I do?" Clara asked and was about to burst into tears again.

"Give her time and please stop torturing yourself. I don't like seeing you like this no matter what.
