Chapter 128: Getting Help For The Cat

Clara got down from the car and Leo did the same. The sky isn't very dark as the moonlight is still illuminating the earth, but the street they were passing through isn't a busy one.

The cat sat down beside the street and looked so pitiful, with blood stains on the floor, while half its fur looked damp.

The little princess also got down after Leo helped her open the door, as she's still learning the uses of things.

Hearing the low whimper the cat is making, Clara gritted her teeth. She thought the cat was hit by a moving vehicle, because she refused to believe that someone would deliberately hurt this creature.

Belle walked past her and tried reaching for the cat, but he gave her a threatening growl and looked like he would attack if Bella came closer.

"Annabelle!" Leo called her name and made quick steps forward.

"He's in pain."

"He's in pain"

Clara and Belle said at the same time, as they felt the cat's pain.
