On the other side of the blob, I landed on the cold hard floor of the cave.

I heard a man's voice behind me.

'Oh dear, this is the first time I've seen someone stupid enough to walk into my lair.'

I turned around to meet an elegant man dressed in a red outfit.

Trying to start a conversation, I asked him:

'Umm, so, where am I?'

'kukuku, WELCOME TO MY DOMAIN!'

Ouch, my ears hurt.

Did he really have to scream that?

'Can I leave then? I have no interest in staying here.'

'Young man, I would like to see you try leaving here.'

He pointed the red blob I came through on the ceiling of the cave.

I reached and jumped as high as I could but couldn't come close to the exit, it only seemed to get further away from me.

The cave's walls were also unclimbable.

Seems like I'll be stuck here for awhile…

I looked at him.

'What's your name?'

'Oh, how rude of me, my name is Tsukasa de l'Ascension.'

He said that while lifting his chest up high.

'Mmm, so Tsukasa eh? My name is Sora.'

'You don't seem surprised...'

'What?'

'You sure you've never heard of THE Tsukasa de l'Ascension?'

'Nope, anyways, can you climb out of here?'

'Of course not! This is my prison, why else would I still be in this gloomy cave?'

'Wait, this is a prison???'

Seems like I've gotten myself in one hell of a mess.

'This is a prison designed to keep my powers contained. It's supposed to not inhibit any life at all. Apart from microscopic crap and all that.'

'Wait aren't I a living being?'

He smiled at me.

'Of course you are.'

As he said that, I felt a stinging pain at my chest, I saw a huge gaping hole in my torso.

My legs gave away.

I saw Tsukasa holding my still-beating heart in his palm.

My consciousness faded.
