Chapter 199: Pay It Forward

Owen was driving the car back to his Madam's mansion.

Allison instructed him to buy two bouquets from her favorite flower shop so that they can bring it to Veralyn when they visit her today.

The travel towards the place where Madam hides Veralyn was a three hours drive and would take six hours, round trip.

He remembered that the last time he saw Veralyn was when Madam's people took over in handling Veralyn's body and after that, he no longer knows what happen to her. When he checked Veralyn's wrist after the accidental shooting, she still has a pulse, and her breathing was faint. He was sure that if there's a doctor nearby, Veralyn might still be able to survive.

He shook his head remembering that tragic night.
