Chapter 3: Two demands....( edited)
The projects made by XC and JI with the govt. have been failed due to some defects and flaws. The govt. has only one option was to keep working with them but there should be a way to meet up the loss and improve them. The only way to remove those flaws by make both of them work together. There was no loss to these companies and did not matter but the govt wanted. to make them face how loss much have they seen, so called for the court hearing with strict decisions.
According to exceptions and two demands were made the govt. -
First , both the company's shares will be given to govt. to meet the loss and the stock price of both the company's will start to fall.
Second, they have to be assured that both the companies would work together to prevent the flaws.
The second demand was never going to be fulfilled so the first has 99 per cent chances to be completed.
These were choices , in name of demands....( dont get confused)
At Xun Corp.
"President Xun, the case has gone serious and out of control and due to this we will see much loss than Jiang's because the stock market has much more prices for our stocks if the decision is taken to fulfill first demand and. " said a middle aged man who was assisstant of the president named Wu Were.
"Look closely into the matter and give me each and every news about the case and the steps taken by of moves of CEO Jiang of JI" replied came and the assistant after bowing left the office of President and started working on his demands.
The President then moved his chair upto the window of his office located on top floor that showed a beautiful structure and views of skyscraper, thinking something and made a call.
There at the same time, Jiang Suchen in his office got news that Xun had started investigation and make reports on his decisions to make this prove that Jiang's were not worthy to work together in front of the officials and the judge.
Sitting in his office , on an oakwood large desk ,patting his fingers on the table he said,
" The Xuns have made their move and response to the govt. and now it is our turn. The two demands..... one to be chose"
