Geometry class.
Literally just wrote this a week ago.
I wonder if my teacher thinks I'm mental yet.
There Once Were 2 Angles; Acute and Obtuse.
They were Supplementary, Adjacent angles.
Best Friends Forever.
One day the angles were walking home from Baseball practice. Everything was great as they casually conversated and walked down the Collinear sidewalk.
Out of nowhere, as soon as they reached the Midpoint, Acute suddenly hit Obtuse over the head with his bat.
The last thing Obtuse heard before passing out was "This is your Endpoint."
*******************************
Obtuse woke up to water being thrown over his head.
"Wakey wakey, fellow Non-Commonside." He heard.
Obtuse tried to move but found his hands and feet tied to the rusty chair. Acute walks out of the darkness and under the single light bulb in the dark basement.
"Acute, What are you doing?! I thought we were best friends?! The inseparable Linear Pair?!" Obtuse exclaimed.
"Not anymore, Obtuse!" We no longer share the same Vertex! I'm tired of always being compared to you, just because you're the bigger angle!" Acute screams as tears pour down his cheeks.
"What are you going to do?" Obtuse whispers.
"I'm going to become a Non Adjacent angle." He states proudly, a dreamy look in his eyes "Maybe, I'll even find my Vertical angle, then he can become my best friends."
"What about me?" Obtuse ask in defeat.
"Oh, you're staying right here." Acute sneers with a smirk. He moves forward and presses his finger into Obtuse's chest, causing the latter to flinch
"This Is My Property, Now."
Acute backs away, a smirk still on his face, as he turns off the single light and exits the pitch black room.
The remaining angle, stares at the steel door in horror.
An hour and a half later, the tears stopped and sleep finally took over his being.
His last thought was; This is my life now.
