"I need to work on a project tonight," Ceng Rou told him softly. This meant that she would be busy that night, hence could not spend time with Xia Tian.

"I'm free."

"I'll treat you to dinner tonight to repay you for saving me that day."

"Alright."

Once Xia Tian hung up, Ceng Rou smiled at him meaningfully.

"You're still so full of charm, is it a lady?" Ceng Rou smiled at Xia Tian.

"A lady I saved a few days ago," Xia Tian explained.

"Go ahead, and take this card with you." Ceng Rou handed him a card.

"I don't want your money," Xia Tian rejected.
