Author talking to you

When I was making this book it had a different name 'The most famous cook reincarnated' (I think this was what it was called ) but when writing it I got a totally different story than what I was going for ( I Did like any other author struggle to make a book I did too). When I was making the book like anyone else, my book is based on a philosophy that orphanages are bad (some can be good ) because of the conditions of the place they are at (in my opinion if there are some clean spanking orphanages you want to tell me about it please do) is it a bad place where watched day and night not letting them go (why?).
