Chapter 2: Family
"I love it when the coffee kicks in, and I realise what an Adorable Badass I'm going to be today"
Steffi Angel's 'POV'
I parked my Porsche in the parking lot of the university and saw that my 2 besties had not arrived yet, as always. Eden, Rosette, where are y'all?
'Oh God, how badly I miss them!!'
I walked towards the main gate and stepped in. I couldn't help but stare at the huge, magnificent building in front of me. I still can't believe that once upon a time, Steffi Angel used to study in THIS same university. I walked towards the locker and found my schedule. Luckily I had got science for my first hour and not any other subjects, thankfully. I love geography a lot! But I am poor in Science and weak in Maths. And languages sucks to the core! I started walking down the hallway to the class which I was alloted for science hour.
Suddenly, somebody grabbed my arm and pushed me to the wall of the hallway. I was shocked to see the person in front of me. He was a tall handsome guy, who had a really gorgeous body. A person I would love to be with!
'Jake Anthony!'
I was shocked to see him after 2 years. The guy who had cheated me, the guy who had betrayed me and had fake love towards me...
'Everything was fake!'
Flashback:
Year 2013
I had everything - Friends, classmates, enemies and yeah!.. best friends. But I was incomplete with one thing in my life.
'Family'
I had a really good, caring and loving Dad, Steffen Angel. He was the best. He was everything to me. He was my 'Family'. I know what you're thinking now.. that where is my Mom? Well..
'She left me ALONE'
I hate my Mom since I was 12, Stella Angel from the core of my heart. I just hate her, hate her, hate her, hate her and HATE HER.
I don't know why, when, where and how? All I could remember is that she had come home late from work and left me alone in the house weeping. She did not even bother to wait till dad had come home. She just hugged me, sobbed a bit, locked the door of the house and just ran away.
And I cried and cried, begged and begged her to come back. But nope! No answer. She just ran in a direction without even bothering to turn back and look at me once. And then, she was gone... there was lightning and thunder after that.
I just ran away to my room and cuddled myself with blankets. It was raining heavily and I wondered why my Mom run away suddenly and where? I was scared, if anything happens to her.
And suddenly the door of my room got opened slowly. I was scared. I put the blanket over my head and took a peek to see who it was.
I was relieved to see who it was.. A tall man, he was wet and he smiled at me.
'Daaaaaaaddd!!'
I ran and hugged him. I couldn't hold the joy in me from seeing him. My eyes were clouded with tears. He embraced me with his warm hands and smiled at me broadly... that smile...
'Creepy!!'
I explained him what had happened a while ago. I asked him several times why did mom leave me and go away? And what was the need to lock the door?
But he smiled back at me and said in a calm voice,
"She's doing this for our family and especially for you Steffi!"
Wait! What? Why is she doing it for me and for our family? Sounds odd right?
Even I too felt the same thing at that time. I didn't register anything what dad had said. Six months passed and everything changed. I went to school not talking to anyone and sat in the corner and as usual, no one noticed me.
'That's normal you know!'
I was all alone and didn't know what to think! I was literally confused whether to think of what were the circumstances that my Mom ran away or why was my Dad smiling at me soo creepily?
Suddenly some person from back hit my head with a paper ball. I turned back to see who the hell was that person who hit my head.
A girl with long blonde hair. And I have no idea from where she had come from? I didn't speak to her. I just turned away and sat silently, waiting for my friends who were always late. Eden and Rosette, where y'all?
Again someone hit my head. I kept quiet. I tried hard not to lose my patience but that didn't work, when the same girl hit my head again with the same paper ball. I was out of control. No one in this world could control my anger.
'It was like the calm before the storm'
I rose to my feet, ready to bash that asshole. As I turned back, I saw the same girl standing there.
'The Blondie'
I walked towards her and asked, " Is there anything about me, which is bothering you, Ma'am?" Giving the bitch face that I give to others. "Nothing, you idiotic fool", she answered. I really wanted to throttle her down and hit this female with something. But unfortunately I didn't have any weapon with me.
"Hey, Girls!", I heard a person screaming loudly behind me as if he was lost and was in searching for food! I turned back to see who is this Gorilla behind me screaming so loudly. I was taken aback.
He was a tall guy, who had a really gorgeous body. He was yeah! Damn handsome! OMG! I really wished to take his autograph and a picture with him like his is a Hollywood star or something like that!
"Is there any problem over here, Girls?"
"Nope, not at all," Me and the blondie said together at the same time.
'O God! Why don't you give me some weapon so that I could kill this lady?'
"Oh! I thought there was some problem over here!"
"No, nothing at all!" Again, we spoke at the same time. Why do I get into such situations at the wrong time! I have no idea at all!
"Oh! Okay, then see you later. Bye!"
"Bye", said the Blondie. I just smiled and waved at him, thinking how on earth a person can be so handsome. The blondie was still staring at him.
'Oh yes! This is my chance to run away!'

So, I have decided to upload one chapter a week. Since the Author-san's still writing and I'm waiting for more..(haha..My appetite's too big)
If I can increase, I will try.
For character introduction, I have put it in Volume 0 / auxiliary chaps.
