Chapter 1: Chapter 1 Brat
"ugh" I complain to myself making myself wake up then I hear running steps headed tord my room.
"kathrine !" yelled my dress maid as she rushes through my door. I look at her with my dull grey eyes with a non interested expression. "Katy! " she exclaimed breathless as she is now standing in front of me swiping her black curly hair of her sweat drenched forehead and face.
"Bonnabell what has got you so torn up so early in the morning? The rooster hasn't even crowded yet ." I complain throwing my my covers over my head .
" Your father has set up a proposal for you with and Sr. Montague ! they will be here soon , get up!" she exclaims ripping my blankets away from me.
"No" ! I cry as I barley miss the end of the covers. I watch sadly as Bonnabell pulls the covers fully off the bed making sure I cant hide under them again. "get up! get up! " she exclaims now pulling on my ankle.
"Bonnabell I refuse to see that pig of a man ! " I screamed holding onto my bed posts for dear life as she trys pulling me even harder off the bed .
Loud booming foot steps storm to my room and I look ups seeing my father red face with a look ready to kill. "Kathrine May Williams ! get your ass out of bed now or so help me you'll no longer be a lady of this house I will sell you for the highest offer ! " my father voice boomed in my room which caught me off guard and I let go of the bed causing me and Bonnabell tumbling to the floor.
I look at my father with a heated fire in my eyes and gritting my teeth with anger.
"Bonnabell if you dont have my daughter ready in ten minutes I will make sure you will go a whole week without meals, do you understand me ! " My father said with pure annoyance in his tone . "yes sir" she says quietly getting off the floor with shakey legs .
" I will be in the foyer waiting " said my father as he turned on his heels and striding out of my room.
Bonnabell then slowly walked to me with a puppy dog face she often makes when she gets in trouble her big brown eyes shine with a little hint of tears.
" I'm sorry Bonbon" I say walking up to her to give her a hug feeling very guilty for getting her in trouble cause I was being a brat.
