Chapter 43: 43 Fusion Reactor (Preservation/Apocalypse)

I floated above Heaven, watching everything. My angels had decreased their time spent studying and researching by 50%, and were spending all the time gained in the Moonlink. System had uploaded several management games based on my memories for them to practice with. They currently had a choice between Sim City, Master of Magic, and the Command & Conquer series. Moonlink was also analyzing their play and working to combine the games for the main simulation in thirty days.

I lounged in Hell, pressing up against the magma flow. It eventually hardened, forming a seat perfectly sculpted to my form. Thus reclining, I started to resonate with my world. Almost every demon and all the monsters had died from being submerged in lava. I frowned. Even regular demons have a rudimentary understanding and mastery of the Force, and or what came next, I wanted no interference or outside contribution. I pinched my fingers together, causing those who yet remained alive to explode as their personal space twisted them apart.

My awareness stretched throughout Heaven and Hell, but I did not try to go further yet. That would have to come later, when I mastered the usage of the Force. I desired to destroy Hell, to not have to bother with those horrible creatures I gave a second chance to. I desired to keep my angels safe, to keep them from Ascending properly and maybe losing them. Both desires were unhealthy, and could ruin my plans for my creations and my cult. So I began to resonate with myself.

My Preservation and Apocalypse aspects were two sides of a coin. On one hand, I desired no constraints on my morality and purpose, to remove society in its entirety. On the other, I desired to cling to all that was precious to me. Both desires were selfish, but both warred with each other. There was a harmony though, and that harmony is what I sought.

I sought to preserve what was mine, and destroy all that dared to impugn those I had formed connections with. I was Preservation to all within my domains, and was Apocalypse to all who desired to destroy or take my people, my things. All mine.

My Preservation and Apocalypse bodies began to shift to reflect each other. Preservation grew a tail, and Apocalypse gained a halo. Soon they looked exactly the same, and would continue to do so as long as they stayed connected to the Force. But that was no problem. With the balancing of their natures, mana was continually generated. All of me experienced an inexplicable rise in power, making my effect on the worlds around me even more pronounced. Finally, Heaven and Hell, both Realities Defined by my Will from the Void, became part of me.

I was Heaven, feeling my wives joyously build their new home, Diamond stopping in wonder at the sudden influx of power. She almost decided to Ascend, but decided to strengthen our bond first. My angels felt the mana levels rise precipitously, and danced in joy for the easier enchantment process. When they realized that I was even closer to them than before, some even started hugging trees or kissing the ground.

I was Hell. My demons and monsters fought to rise from my bellies and respawn, so I helped them. My people would suffer from a death debuff that would lower their level by one until level zero, so I stepped in and made up for their missing power with the abundance now flowing from me. That bound them even more to me, and they were all now fully mine.

I am the Creator, the Lord of Hell, and the Lord of Heaven. I take care of what is mine, and my home world is on that list. I'm coming to save you, my mother world.

CREATORS' THOUGHTS
Gentleman613 Gentleman613

I just realized that the embodiment of Apocalypse should be more bestial in form to match his nature.

Also, I'm not sure if I worded the end to Arc One dramatically enough. And now, with the end to Arc One, let the rewriting process commence! First up are term definitions.
