Chapter 7 Saving Blue Beetle
Jamie Reyes was abducted by extraterrestrial slave traders and sold to the planet War World in order to fight for Mogul. His life wasn't in any danger because recently before he got abducted he went on an adventure in space for a while but then he returned home but found out his brother joined an internship for Mr.Wayne.
Feeling happy for his brother and having extra money sent to his parents made him and his family happy as they could see that his brother was turning out to have a successful future already secured. He got involved into some nasty fights with the mafia in El Paso
as he still trying to learn how to be one in space and on earth and that fight of his with the mafia later escalated to where Brenda was caught in the crossfire and La Dama was involved.
Amparo was going to kill blue beetle but then as her magical projectile was going to hurt Brenda instead as her aim was off she saw blue beetle was protecting Brenda (A/N: who was now Jamie since he returned home.) Amparo also is known as La Dama somehow thought that her niece was working with blue beetle and then when she was casting a spell to defeat blue beetle. Alejandro during this time frame was meddling with his physiology and created the psychic and magical fluctuation that interfered with her spell causing her to accidentally send both blue beetle and Brenda to different unknown locations.
Jaime was knocked out cold and appeared in front of extraterrestrial slave traders where he will be forced to fight for Mongul this is how news spread of a blue beetle capture both to the reach and to Justice league, young justice. Little did Jaime know his little brother was coming sooner or later to find him.
M'gann: "Hey before we proceed with our mission you have a bio-ship as well right? I have a feeling your ship might help us."
psi: " yes I do I can call if you guys like"
psi proceeds to summon his bio-ship and as sends a telepathic command a sonic boom is heard as If something is entering the earth's atmosphere. The ship came into view as it entered Happy Harbor. M'gann could sense that psi had no idea how to direct the ship inside the entrance for the mountain. She communicated with psi and the bio-ship as a mental relay so they could be on the same page.
The bioship hovered over the entrance where M'gann bio-ship typically comes in. As the ship lands by hers she studies it and asked him how had come to obtain this type of ship since it functions very much like martian psionic biotech. Psi simply explains that it was due to his powers since he had the ability to manipulate particles which were the truth as of right now.
He could not tell them that he got it from the system. Now that he has omni-psionic abilities he could definitely make up an excuse about his biotechnological watchtower. He opens up his ship and invites them in.
The inside was similar to martian bio-ship as well and to them, they truly believed that it was similar even though M'gann truly thought that this was martian tech she could believe psi since his powers were unusual even robin himself was skeptical about it. The only thing that made them accept the lie was simply superboy's existence.
if a clone could be made with Kryptonian and Human DNA alongside with knowledge being downloaded by psionics instead of the traditional way. Also, the most insane aspect of it all was superboy was only made a few months ago. This enabled Robin and M'gann to accept psi ridicules abilities in regards to the creation of the bio-ship.
The group had no words to say as they entered the Biotechnological watchtower inside the watchtower contained many levels and floors to suit the needs of its inhabitants. A biotechnical zeta beam was made then several rooms, along with engineering, and science, cafeteria it had almost everything you needed for every member of the team. There was one room that was just an empty room all it had were walls. Everyone decided that this will be their new HQ in case something goes wrong or they need a new hiding spot.
They walked towards the bio-zeta beam and checked its properties only to discover that it had an opening on the side as if it was square-shaped. psi was still in the empty room while everyone was investigating the rest of the bio watchtower he decided to open up his storage in the empty room and pulled out the tower of fate within that empty room.
He also pulled out the mother box in his storage during the whole process he was in telepathic communication with the watchtower as it spoke to him of its needs he put the mother box on the ground. It absorbed the mother box and relocated it in the empty square space by bio zeta beam. The bio zeta beam had the capability to have a positive symbiotic relationship with the mother box.
As psi walked to where the rest of the team. They were shocked at the continuous change the watchtower was going through. Psi leads them towards the bio zeta beam and where the once empty square space now contains the mother box and was lighting up and beeping and then a portal opened. colors and lights that belong to a typical mother box were not seen in this portal. This portal rippled like water as the team was curious psi hinted at the team that it was safe and jumped through it.
The rest of the team followed and began their mission to blue beetle their first stop was Rann so they could gather more info.
