Chapter 3: Out of The Map

I was thankfully thrusted into a normal Call of Duty map. This map was the tutorial map for WW2 and honestly it made it simple for me and straightforward on how to survive the only issue was though. I had no weapons. No weapons were provided to me, and finally no mystery box, wall buy panel, or even auto-board-able window existed. The map was now a real location and I had to figure out how to survive. Looking over I saw the fire and poker in the fire. Immediately my eyes focused in thought and with a swift motion I did not grab it. The thing was hot all the way through and that would just harm me as well, running past the fire and into the "Kitchen" I got me a glove mitten and then came out and grabbed the thing thankfully managing to do so before any of the zombies broke through the window glass.

I only had to do one round, but I needed to keep this thing HOT I told myself or I would die. Watching 3 zombies crawl through a window on my left and another 3 behind me I felt myself tense up. Thankfully as round one zombies these didn't seem to run like certain game modes. I felt myself relax and that's where I messed up. Down the chimney a hand covered in fire burst forward grabbing hold of my pants. Feeling my pants catch on fire as the zombie quickly died I ran for out of the cabin's doors to put my pants out in the snow. Where I then looked around to see 60 something zombies.

*The host was detected to be in a forbidden area of the map. Increasing round difficulty artificially by 10 times for rule breakers. If the host succeeds in still passing this mission his reward will be increased.*

'I shouldn't have treated this like the shooting game no matter how similar the worlds were behaving.' That thought shook my mind and made me panic. At least my pants weren't on fire anymore. My weapon had unfortunately been left on the floor. All I had now was a kitchen glove. I thought about how to escape the hoard on all sides and I realized I couldn't and I was going to die, no cease. Making a snowball out of the snow on the ground I prepared to throw them and show my annoyance when I remembered the snowballs on that one map. "How did they kill the zombies?"

*Ultra froze snowballs host. They were basically made of compressed snow till it froze and formed semi-iceballs. These snowballs also have an interesting meniscus line that causes compacted kinetic energy to slam into their head in the same manner as a metal ball would slam into something if thrown at a high speed.*

Slumping down I felt this all equated to something that had no use.

*For the host's creativity and knowledge on Call of Duty, premade piles of snow balls have been deposited in the snow around the map in the snow. The reason this was done was that this truly made the map better in quality.*

It was a chance and one I immediately took. Throwing my snowball at a zombie as a distraction I leaned and picked up as many snowballs as possible and sure enough my HUD came into action and worked with my system to send all but one of the snowballs into my ammo capacity as grenades. With as hard of a throw as I could while still making sure I wouldn't miss I took out the heads of as many zombies as possible in one direction. Running that direction I tired myself out in a seemingly futile manner as I slowly but surely safely killed all the zombies.

Laying in the snow exhausted I felt the room I was in previously when I clicked on my first mission return. The system was even "kind" enough to put me on the couch so that I wouldn't need to lay on the floor. Looking at a screen in front of the couch that was nearly the same size as the couch itself. I found myself scanning over it looking at various stats of my "Performance." 'I think I'm starting to hate this system.' Naturally I kept the thoughts to myself. Then however my rewards were delivered and truly they were a feast for the eyes. I had two Melee Soul/Destiny bound weapon drops. I was also given 100 of the snowballs from the map to keep.

Naturally at the end of the message it was mentioned that the snowballs positions had been optimized for the map I was just in thanks to my valuable "feedback" and that for certain missions they wouldn't appear again like my tutorial I had just completed. Still I was lucky, and I had survived. Now it was time to spin my weapons.
