Chapter 10: A soul so beautifully hurt
My first time flustering was when you called me "a little idiot",
It was the cutest little thing, no one has said to me before.
My first time broken hearted was when I listened to a song that told me,
It was the unconscious conscious moments, that I need you so much more.
I don't know that much about you,
But you're the sweetest, most cherishable lover.
You're so hurt, but so kind,
Maybe you've changed since the beginning - but still my soother.
When the world turns dark on you,
It tears you apart moments I see and can't.
You've healed my scars, but your's still bleeding,
I know I've had you since the beginning - right in my heart.
You have a beautiful broken soul,
That I know is hurt so much.
I will protect you and guard you,
Anticipating the moment we meet, and I finally give you that watch.
So that our time together can start ticking,
To enjoy life - smiling, crying, laughing - and loving.
Together. So I can repay you for those three kind roses,
For the rest of my life - until our story closes.
