Chapter 11: THE NAME IS LOBO
Above the surface of the Earth a portal opened, and ridding out of it on his hover bike was none other than interstellar bounty hunter, Lobo.
"Finally. I can now do some hunting"
Aligning his hover bike with the North American continent, he revved his engine and headed towards his target.
Meanwhile in the watch tower which was in high obit above the Earth…
Batman, Night Wing, Robin, the Flash, Green Lantern were standing in front of massive screen watching a live new board cast showing emergency service digging through the rubble of what used to be the Iceberg Lounge.
"Any survivors?" Flash asked.
"No… nobody survived" Night Wing replied.
"How many dead?" Green Lantern asked.
"The building had a hundred and eight people in it" Robin said.
"Do we know who did it?"
Batman replied in a clam voice "Not yet. But whoever they are, I am coming after them hard"
With that said, Batman turned away from the screen and headed towards the towers teleporters.
Reaching the teleporter, a computerized female voice of the tower's A.I said, "Recognize…Batman"
Batman was then covered in a blueish light and teleported from the tower down to one of his bases in Gotham City.
He walked off the teleporter platform.
Batman then headed to the base computer and began accessing the cities surveillance systems. He also accessed the secure server that had video recordings from the spy cameras he placed in the Iceberg Lounge to keep an eye on Penguin.
The surveillance systems watching the ground didn't get anything from the streets and alleys. Batman then switched to roof top cam which paid off because one of them caught the silhouette of a man floating in the air above Iceberg Lounge.
"Who are you?" Batman whispered. He tried to clean up the video and get a look at the man's face, but the video quality was so bad.
'May be my spy cams in side caught a look at his face'
Batman began sifting through the video recorded by his spy cam located in various locations around the Iceberg Lounge, but the caught nothing expect the explosion.
He was beginning to get frustrated.
'I have one more spy cam footage to check'
Batman brought up the footage of his cam in the penthouse. It showed footage of Selena conducting business with Penguin, which didn't surprise him.
He keep watching the footage up to the point when Izak suddenly appeared in the room which was followed by a short dialog between Penguin and him, before Izak raised the hand with the detonator and blow up the entire building.
Despite the explosion, the spy cam was still active for a few seconds and recorded Izak standing in the flames unharmed looking at the roasting Penguin before flying through the flames and out in to the night sky.
Batman's eyes narrowed when he saw this. He was able to quickly deduce that the bomber was a powered with invulnerability, flight, and either teleportation or super speed from his sudden appearance in the penthouse.
'I might need assistance with this' he thought before he called the tower and asked, Night Wing, Robin, Flash and Green Lantern to teleport to his location.
When they arrived, Batman showed them the video evidence of the bomber.
"What next?" Night Wing asked.
"We are going to spilt up and search the city. Should any one happen to find him, don't engage, contact the others with your location and we shall take him down together."
"Understood" Batman added.
They all agreed before leaving the base and began to search the city.

Izak tracked Selena to one of the undesirable places in Gotham called The Narrows.
'Such a beautiful woman living in such a place, that doesn't seem rig…'
His thoughts were suddenly interrupted as a flash of light followed by a loud BANG hit him hard sending him crushing in to the street creating a crater.
In the ground crater, Izak was on his back with his ears ringing, whatever attacked him used a powerful sonic attack. His ears were beginning to stop ringing when he was hit with two more quick sonic attacks.
Izak screaming in angry as his eyes glowed red and began blinding firing with his heat vision in to the sky in attempt to hit his attacker. His attacked worked knocking his attacker out of the sky and sending them crashing in to the ground, but it also took out a train track flyover, a couple of buildings, and a fuel track that exploded.
Izak quickly recovered from the sonic attacks got on to his feet. Pushing off the ground, he flew up in to the air and looked down at the location were his attacked and crash landed.
From the crash site, Izak could see a whitish-grey skinned man dressed in a biker outfit standing up clearly uninjured. He first inspected his bike for damages before turning to look up at him.
While looking at Izak, a smile appeared on his face, "I am truly glad that you are strong. This is going to be a lot of fun"
"Who are you?" Izak asked.
The smile on the attackers face disappeared, "You don't know who I am?" he asked.
Izak shook his head.
"It is me, the main man. Surly you know who the main man is."
"Nope, never heard of him" Izak simply replied.
The attacker sighed and shook his head in disappointment. The smile appeared on his face yet again, "Well then let me introduce the main man to you, the name is Lobo"

Ssup...
So i am back but with bad news... The I.T firm i work for has just taken on a huge project starting on 9th Sept which means i wont be able to post as i will be overloaded with work from that point on wards up till next year.
In order not to leave this fiction hanging like most fan fictions on web novel, i will have decide to cut my story short from the planned 121 chapters to about
20 meaning they are about ten to eleven chapters left to the end of the story.
I figured rushing the story will be better than not finishing it.
