Chapter 8: Chapter 7
"Alright. Goodnight." We wish each other ready to sleep.
I pray Mia, I pray that what we think about you being the chosen one is not true.
Now I just realized something, that the Jungkook I knew before, the cold-hearted one, had recently been so sweet and soft with me. I liked him this way.
Less scary, more loveable...
Wait, more loveable?? Oof, what's wrong with me?
"Ah! A new morning it is." I say out loud trying to open my eyes.
I freshen up as I move downstairs only to notice that everyone was already down there.
"Good morning Mia!", The boys greet me as I smile and wish them back.
We all move towards the dining table to have our breakfast.
"Well, Mia, don't you feel bored? You keep on wearing the same couple of clothes that Joon had sent for you?" Tae asks with a small giggle.
"Uhh.. hehe..." I reply smiling awkwardly, well it was true that I had been washing and wearing and washing and wearing the same pair of clothes.
"It's alright I'll take you out today to the boutique from where Joon gets you some clothes!" Tae chuckles as he informs me.
"Thank you."
I look over the table to notice Jungkook staring at me with his eyes deeply diving into mine. I shake my head to break the contact quickly.
"Alright go and change, I'll be outside getting the car ready!" Tae yells towards me, we had already finished our breakfast and had to moved to the couch.
"Sure I'll be out soon!" I reply letting out a chuckle.
Honestly, it didn't feel bad staying with them. I was indeed very frightened by them at first, but once you get to know them, then you realize that they are actually just like normal people.
I quickly change and make my way out, waving my good byes.
"Alright let's go!"
A wide grin on both our faces spread across.

Tae and Me, both were pretty much enjoying together, he kept on cracking jokes in middle the whole while!
It had not been long since we had left Ray's boutique.
Ray, she was the owner of the boutique from where Joon would get clothes for me, and it turns out, she too is a vampire.
While me and Tae were having our drinks in a café, my mind wandered off to what was happening in the house currently?

JUNGKOOK'S POV
"Well, since she isn't here why don't I go and have a look at her room?", I smile to myself, as I move towards her room.
Haha can you believe it? Me, Jeon Jungkook, was legit wanting to go to a normal human's room! Hah!
Hmm, so what's even in her room?
On the table there was a photo placed, it looked like a family photo, but hadn't she lost it? Well at least that's what I read from her mind.
Oh woah, she looked cute as a child! Those people next to her are most likely to be her parents.
Her mom, she seems so familiar, hmm... have I seen her before? Huh? How could that be it? I'm probably overthinking it.

(Normal POV)
"Thanks Tae, today was really fun!" I smile widely as I say.
"Well, I too enjoyed this day! We should do this more often! Tell me whenever you are in need to clothes!" He says with a wink.
"Haha! Sure!" I start laughing to his sassiness.
"Lalalala!" I sing as I climb up the stairs with the shopping bags all over my hands. Yes, we did shop a lot, Tae had to park the car and he seemed pretty tired today as well, thus I volunteered to carry the bags by myself since they had my things in it anyways yet he refused. Such a gentleman.
I open the door to my room only to see Jungkook eyes wide open as he was staring towards my family photo, it was my only one, I was lucky enough to find it that day while returning back home. He hadn't realized that I had found it. A part of the photo was held by the brick thus, it couldn't fly away and as it was under the bridge it didn't get wet, I guess you could say that I got lucky!
"J-Jungkook... what are you doing in my room?" I gulped twice before I could see that his eyes had moved from the picture towards my me, staring at me with shock, causing his eyes to widen more!
What in the world was even wrong with him?
"Uh- Ahem! I didn't mean to enter here, I- I apologize." I could sense that he was shocked, why?
"It's okay." I smile back instead.
"I'll be going to the library, don't disturb me please." He rushed towards the door, due to which I had moved a bit allowing to him I leave.
"Oh okay...", he had already left, before I could finish.

JUNGKOOK'S POV
No, no, no! Please be fake! This- This can't be happening!
I pretty much sprint towards the library, I move quickly to the History section.
"Shit! Where is it!?" I scream as my eyes wander around every rack only for the search of that book.
"Ah! It has to be there!"
I run towards the other end of the library only to find another rack, rather smaller then the previous one.
There I see the book I was searching for the whole while.
