Foley's Ranger Squad
Waking up early in the morning the Rangers grabbed their equipment and set out to explore and take in information on what they might be up against being the kingdom or the waves.
"Alright Rangers get up, We got a new mission so start packing all of your equipment."
"So Sarge what's this mission about?" Dun asked as he put on his equipment.
"Good thing you asked Dunn, we're collecting information on the kingdom of Melromarc along with any other information on the Nations that exist."
"So wait we're not going to set out to level up?" Puzzled wade asked as it was their main task
"Thats a negative Wade, we are already high enough for now we should start gaining information on those around us, the next thing we need is an ambush by those we least expect.
Now get your asses moving so we can get this over with today not next year, Move!"
Quickly grabbing all their equipment and getting a move on to gather information.
"Keep your eyes open, even the information we're looking for is hidden in the open." Looking around as they walked through the city and spotting some things they haven't taken notice of when they arrived.
Spotting a man ordering two children but other than that another thing caught their eyes it was the fact the children had ears and tails like an animals.
"Hey Sarge, Your seeing this right, they're a mix of human and animal." Dunn was quite surprised to see that as what he usually sees are pure humans.
"Yea but why don't we see more of them out here specifically adults, they're mostly children." Foley was assessing the situation with the children, finally he spotted one of the children who fell to the ground and dropped a bag of food on the ground get forcefully pulled up and slapped by the man.
"What the hell does that man think he's doing hitting a child, Sarge we gotta do something about that." Dunn along with his fellow Rangers were fired up to beat the man.
"That's a negative Dunn as much as I want to do something to stop the man we know nothing of this kingdom and for all we know these guys practice slavery."
"So what we're gonna leave those children to suffer from that man's cruelty?" Dunn was angered that they would leave someone to their fate once again.
"Dunn, get your shit together we know nothing about this place so the second you go running off playing hero is the second you might get us killed, So at least asses the situation around you.
we can probably negotiate the kids with money but that's only if they're slaves."
"Your right sarge, but are we not going to do anything about them, they're just kids."
"We need to know more about this kingdom so first we will gather information on the situation on the kingdom on slavery. Wade, Volker follow the man and keep an eye and figure out where he lives until we get proper information we'll take action the rest of us will get the information we need, We'll meet up at the pub."
"Yes sir."

Foley, Ramirez and Dunn started talking to people gathering information on the Kingdoms practices. One that came as a surprise was the practice of Human superiority and now they had evidence that they most likely use slavery.
They were able to gather some basic information such as the name of such species being demi-humans, as well as the hatred of some people of Melromarc against the Demi-humans as well as slave crests, a curse to keep them from misbehaving or turning them against their masters now they set out to the pub to regroup.
"Alright we have collected enough information on the state of slavery in this Kingdom, So now we can do something about the kids situation."
"So we can finally do something about the children right?" Dunn was enthusiastic about finally being able to do something to help someone.
"Yes, Dunn but we're gonna do it without putting the children's lives in danger, We have tons of money thanks to the amount of different monsters that we killed and sold, so we're gonna buy them from him but if he refuses we'll do it hard way."
"Yes, sir." The Rangers stood up and finally headed out to help the kids.

"Alright let's keep this discreet as possible, I will negotiate with the man while the rest of you stay here. If it goes south we'll just kill him."
"Sarge are you sure that's the best plan we've got?"
"The best options to keep the kids safe and unharmed from the man using the curse seal."
"Alright sir." Staying behind and being lookouts for Foley.
Walking towards the man that was currently on the way to make his slaves do manual labor in order to make some money.
"Hey" Foley yelled at the man, the man turned towards the Ranger
"What?" "How about I make you a deal, sell me the kids and I'll pay you 2 gold for them a great deal, i'll let you think about it."
The man pondered about the deal for a minute and finally gave his answer "make it three gold and it's a deal." Foley thought about it as they had enough to keep themselves going for a while and giving him three would do nothing to affect them in any way as they could go find some more monsters to kill and sell.
"Alright it's a deal." they both shook hands on it
After transfering the slaves to Foley and Foley giving the money to the man they parted ways.
Foley took the children to the rest of the squad, Foley took notice that the both kids were nervous and afraid of what was to happen as they knew what type of man the last owner was and now they were being taken somewhere they knew nothing about. Foley couldn't fault them for being afraid as they were just children, finally they arrived to the location of the squad.
"Alright men, we can head home Dunn keep an eye on them so they don't get into trouble." Walking back to their Room in the in where they would be able to talk. Finally arriving at their room they sat down and finally spoke to the children one being a male with wolf ears, brown hair and blue eyes while the other one was a female with cat ears black hair and brown eyes.
"Alright kids don't worry we're not going to hurt you instead we're here to keep you safe." Dunn said giving them a smile. "So what are your names, don't be shy we aren't gonna hurt you."
The kids slowly started to speak up starting with the boy "M... My name is... Rehi."
and finally the other kid spoke "My... My name is Chloe."
"Well kids no need to worry, we will take care of eachother from now on we will not force you into things you cannot do as well as things you don't want to do."
