Chapter 12: Chapter 11: Stranger Town
Jayme travelled through mountains, hills, forests, and lakes, until he reached the town of Protus, the gates of the town had banner that is worn out but Jayme can at least understand what is written on it, it said, "Welcome to Pro"
The rest is ripped off.
As he entered the vicinity, he was already greeted by a creature that looks like shark with human feet and legs on them, (just like Maui, in Moana. I hope I spelled his name correct). The creature was walking towards a bar and went in.
"Huh.... Interesting," Jayme said.
Still walking he found a shop that is selling human furniture, (just like in Rick and Morty's). His eyes widen with the sight of furnitures that looks like a real human being.
Jayme remembered her Aunt Claudia's house but he remembered this town a little bit different. He remembered the town, it looks normal, normal shops, normal people, and the place was beautiful. But now the place looks rancid, it looks so worn out. You might even think, 'do people even live here? '
This seems too odd to be Protus, Jayme thought. Then a person with a snake body and has bat wings, Jayme went down his horse and asked the person.
"Hey, can I ask a question? Is this Protus? " Jayme asked.
"No! No! " the person screamed. "Don't hu-hurt me! Please! " just as then a normal person came and she helped the person with snake body.
"Sorry about him, he has a mental disorder, it is because of his appearance, he gets bullied since he is a little boys, by the way, I'm Chia." she said.
"Jayme" Jayme replied.
"Ugh... Is this Protus? " Jayme asked.
"Nope! This is Proxtus, or some other people called it Stranger Town, " she said. "Protus is a bit far from here."
The creatu- person with a snake body is still muttering the words "Don't Hurt Him!, " but then he went silent and Jayme can see his anger on his face and he burst out on rage. He lashed Jayme with his tail, which sent Jayme a few feet back and he lost the grip on the leash on his horse and the horse ran away.
Then the person with snake body lashed Chia but she didn't budge. She just stood still on her place.
"Stop this please!" she begged the person. The person with snake body flee, Chia tried to stop him by grabbing his tail but he lashed her again with his hand, which make Chia broke down her grip. And she fell to the ground and the person with snake body flew to the forest.
"Are you okay?!" Jayme said looking so worried about Chia.
Chia started to cry,"I need to go after him! He needs me!" Chia exclaimed. "Calm down okay, don't we will find him, I will help you find him," Chia is now sobbing.
"T-thanks."

Chia had brought Jayme into her house, the house was a peasant hut, but it was still a decent home for a family of 3, it has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the living room, Jayme sat on the chair, and Chia went out from the kitchen with a tray with a teapot and two teacups and placed it on to the table. She poured the hot tea into the cups and handded one to Jayme.
Jayme sipped the tea and it helped calm his nerves and it helped a little to lessen his worrying about everything.
"Chia, who is the person, that you are gaurding earlier?" Jayme asked. "He is my cousin, our family had died in the troll war, I-I can't remember what is it or what time does it occured but I know that my cousin saw it all. He is born normal but during the war, he hid inside a potion shop when, a cannonball went to the shop, which causes the various potions to spill or break. A-and he was covered with different potions that turned him what he is now. " she said with a sad tone.
"Is there a cure to his problem?" Jayme asked. "I don't know but I am still figuring out how to make the cure. " she led Jayme into a room, and the room was filled with various vials and potions.
"Wow! " he was speechless, "what is all of this? "
"This is my research, and experiments." Chia proudly said to Jayme. "But I still can't find a cure for my cousins condition, there is still a final ingredient and it is the Quacker Crackell, it is a magical flower that is said to be powerful. It is so powerful thar it can heal any sickness, curses, snake bites, etc. I need that flower to complete this potion of mine."
"I-I think I can help you with that! " Jayme exclaimed. "Are you? " she said. "Of course! I promised to myself to help whoever's in need! "
"Okay! " Then Chia went into a closet and she came back a big book with her. "Here is the book that, I think, can help us. " she handed the huge ass book to Jayme.
Jayme can't back out now, he started to read the entire book.

"Ugh! " Jayme sighed of exhaust, "this so tiring! " Jayme was almost done with the book and he is reading it for almost three days now.
Sometimes he takes a break to eat or to bathe himself. But althrough out those three days he only read this book, and he still can't find the damn page about the Quacker Crackell.
Until he found out that some pages had some strange parts in them, so he went back to the page where he saw the first strange part and he cut it off. For a few hours of searching he already cutted all of the strange parts.
He called Chia to help him glue all of this pieces together just like a puzzle. After for 3 hours they've finished gluing together, all of the pieces. And there revealed the....
