"Can you describe the situation you saw before you were called back?" The person asking was none other than the director of NASA.
The three astronauts described the situation in as much detail as possible.
"So, you're saying the moon you saw was possibly Ben-nu or a different asteroid?"
"Yes, but we can't confirm it because it was too far away."
"But why can't we see it from Earth using our observatories?" The director narrowed his eyes. With current technology, there should be no problem seeing it, but the black mist served as camouflage, making it invisible even with the most advanced telescopes.
"It seems this heavenly disaster cannot be avoided," he thought to himself. He had a headache, and there was one more thing: the asteroid Ben-nu they thought was still far away. What was happening?
"Okay, everyone keep observing, and I will report to the President the gravity of the matter now." He stood up and walked out of the room with weary eyes.
"Everyone, we cannot hesitate this time. As the President of the United States, I need to inform my people of this disaster," he said firmly. He believed that this heavy responsibility was his final way to serve the people who believed in him, and even those who hated him might be grateful that he revealed this shocking news.

After thirty minutes of preparation, the news channels started to interrupt their regular programming to announce that the President was about to make an important statement. In front of the White House, the President walked up to the podium in a regular suit, looking grim. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes before beginning his speech.
"Thank you all for coming. I would like to ask everyone to remain calm as I deliver my speech. I know that it might be surprising news, but we and the scientists are doing our best to resolve the current situation. As of 8:00 pm on July 30, 2019, the Catalina Sky Survey found that the asteroid Ben-nu had changed its trajectory towards Earth. On the morning of this day, the asteroid suddenly increased its speed by 48,000 miles per hour, and it would have reached Earth within 17 days. However, according to the latest data gathered by the Catalina Sky Survey, the asteroid's speed is rapidly decreasing, and by the time it reaches Earth, it will not have a great impact. With the current technology of our era, we can easily destroy it, especially if its momentum continues to decline. The data also shows that before it reaches Earth, its speed will have decreased to 5,000 miles per hour. Let's pray together to God that it will change its trajectory away from our planet. After finishing his speech, the President left the podium, afraid of being questioned by anyone. He knew that this danger alone was enough to trigger world chaos. He had also intended to reveal that the moon had an adjacent object, but when he saw the expressions of the people, he hesitated. The news of the asteroid's approach frightened everyone in the world, especially in the current internet era where it became a hot topic. The price of the stock market rapidly declined, and people all over the world tried to figure out how they could escape the coming disaster. Human nature slowly began to decline. However, not everyone was in a state of panic and shock. Some people were happy about the situation, especially those who love to destroy world peace.
"Some terrorists are starting to imagine that when the world is in chaos, they will become overlords," while others said, "This is our era. God has already made his plan; we just need to implement his will," an evolutionary told his companion.
Before the US President announced the news that would shock the world, Jiang Chen was still in a coma, but his situation had already stabilized. From his appearance, it was impossible to tell that he had undergone an operation and accident, except that his right arm was nowhere to be found. As his face slowly regained its color, the doctors and nurses quickly assessed his situation and were amazed by his recovery. The operation had finished an hour ago, but he already looked normal.
