Chapter 497: You'll Make a Good Mother

In the end, apart from asking Christina to help with Alexis, Brie had to make a phone call to her dearest little sister. It was a request from Andrea knowing that she was the closest to Alexis. 

It was morning time in the UK when she called, just in time before Alexis went to sleep that night. 

"Hey, sis. So you are pushing through with the pageant?" Brie asked. 

"Yes, Brie but grandma came to judge on my Q&A and she told me I should be true to myself, and maybe pageants are not what I should be doing. Shouldn't be beauty pageants be all about beauty? Why do I have to attend charity and all that stuff," Alexis said on the other line. 

Brie let out a heavy sigh as she walked down from the stairs towards the kitchen. Tyler was already there, making her grandpa Alfred his usual milk in the morning. 

She smiled at him and came forward to peck on his cheek, "Good morning."
