Chapter 409: Xia Ting: The "Yes" Word

It was already evening when Li Wen's doorbell finally rang. She did not have to check who it was. She had already received a text from Xia Ting saying that he had arrived at the underground parking. 

When she opened the door, Xia Ting held up a bag of food saying, "I brought dinner."

She smiled before letting him come inside. She took the bag and set the contents on her dining table before calling him out, "Food is ready!" 

Li Wen did not touch on their earlier encounter at the hotel, but just proceeded to eat. She said, "This is good. Thanks for bringing dinner."

Xia Ting chuckled as he took a seat and said, "That's it? You are not even going to talk to me about the condiments you had offered me earlier?"
