Xavier's POV
"Stop it Xavi, put me down stop it," she said while giggling
"Tell me you love me, say it, love," I told her while holding her close to me
" I Love You and only you" she whispered smiling
" I love you too baby you are my one and only"
I woke up gasping for air
What was that about?
Who was that girl? I don't remember the face clearly but, I noticed her eyes it was green, it was really beautiful
I rubbed my palm on my face
Ever since the accident, I get these dreams but it is really confusing.
Ugh
Anyways I look at the time
Shit
It's 10 am, Mom is going to kill me. I have to be at her house as early as possible.
I rushed to the bathroom and showered fast and got ready. I took keys from the table and peek at the time it was 10.55 am
Dammit
I rushed to my car and drove to her Mansion

" You are late" my mom's voice stopped me
I stop in front of her and said " Sorry mom last night there was a lot of work and I kind of stayed awake a little late hence, woke up late"
" Oh my poor baby, Please just take care of yourself don't work too hard it's not good for your health" She worries too much about me after the accident
" Don't worry mom, I got it, but why did you called me so early. You invited everyone for dinner, right? " I questioned her
" True, but I wanted to spend some time with my son. you are always busy with your work and I just miss you" She is really sad that I don't spend my time with her but what can I do? I have to handle my company
" I know mom but, I am a CEO and it is my responsibility to look after my company and employees"
She sighed " Anyways come on young man help me preparing lunch" she ordered me because first I am a good cook and second When I was younger Me and mom used to prepare dinner for dad"
I rolled up my sleeves and made my way to the kitchen
When I asked my Mother about my dad she said he went to London because of work and he will be coming tonight for dinner
That Old man, how much does he work? I really need to talk to him about spending more time with mom
Mom and I spent time after lunch in the garden
While I was yawning, my mom saw and told me to get some rest which I agreed
" Go, I will call you when the guests will arrive. I love you son"
"I love you too mom" with that I went to my old bedroom and went straight to bed and off to sleep.
Scarlet's POV
" Oh My God You look Gorgeous Scar" Sophia squealed up and down like a baby I turn around to look at myself because apparently, my friend said I cannot look into the mirror
I look at my reflection, I look beautiful
I wonder what will be his reaction when he sees me?
" wow, I look different. Thank you so much phia. I am really getting late I have to go now" I hurried downstairs took the mocha pudding and went to my car rushing
Shit it's seven
I stopped my car in front of the gate " Hello Ian, how are you"
I know Ian when I was with Xavier and sometimes I used to come here
"Hello, Miss Scarlet how are you? " he greets me and gestured the guards to open the gate
" Thank you, Ian, see you later" I drive my car and parked in front of the mansion
But, I just sat there for like 5 minutes because of damn nervousness

I finally got out of the car and made my way to the front door
My hands were sweating badly I wiped them on my skirt and rang the doorbell
Here goes nothing
The door was opened by none other than Xavier's mom when she looked at me a genuine smile was formed on her face
She hugged me tightly
"Oh my God Scarlet, I am glad to decide to come here. I am so happy. You look absolutely stunning my dear" she whispered
" thank you so much for inviting me here" I mumbled
"Honey I want to talk to you so much but let's just leave that to other time yeah?. Please come inside. Ashton will be so happy to see you, come"
Ashton is Xavier's dad, he always loved me like daughter sometimes Ashton and I used to prank on Xavier. We were partners in crime.
"Kayla, this is for you" I gave her the mocha pudding
"Oh honey, you remembered. Thank you so much baby girl " she whispered and looked at me wide eyes
I guess I disappointed everyone
I went inside look around but did not find him
Kayla saw me and chuckled
"Honey, he is upstairs getting rest. He was really tired so I told him to take a nap. He will be downstairs soon"
My heart was beating really fast
I told Kayla that I will help her in the kitchen which at first she denied but, I am a stubborn one so in the end, she agreed
We were preparing pasta
Behind we felt a presence I turned around and froze it was Ashton, Xavier's father
He also stood there like a statue but I didn't miss the tears that gathered in his eyes
He came rushing towards me and pull me in a hug
"Baby girl, I missed you" he whispered
Ashton was always a sweetheart
" I missed to pops, I missed you too"
When he pulled back he started scolding me
"You young lady gave your old man many problems by leaving us. you have any idea how devasted we're we after you decided to leave us"
I looked down at my shoes ashamed But, he continued saying
" But, I am really happy to have to back baby girl" he again pulls me in a hug. Our father-daughter moment was over when Kayla shoved Ashton to freshen up.
"okay okay I am going women, baby girl see you at the table" he said and went
It was almost completed preparing dinner when the bell rang
" Scarlet honey can you please open the door" I replied sure and went to get the door
When I opened the door a small smile was formed on my face because on the other side stood Daniel, Xavier's younger brother
He looked shocked, as soon as he regains the consciousness he pulled me in a hug
" oh my God, its really, it's really you " her laughed as he pulled back
" how? When? God, I really can't believe my eyes"
" I really didn't know I was missed that much" I joked
"you have no idea scar" he shakes his head
I guess dinner with them was not a bad idea after all
